The facility is here are good. The customer service is among the worst I’ve ever seen the room is clean the bathrooms are clean. The problem is when you come to check in it’s a remote host when I contacted the remote host. They acted surprised as they seem to have forgotten that I would be there that night, they then proceeded to make excuses for why they hadn’t gotten me the information I needed to pay and subsequently get the key code to be let into the property I was at the property in the rain in the process took 45 minutes as they sent me links to pay, they sent me information that I needed to fill out For the government, it was an absolute mess and I was angry but then, as I was leaving the property, I met the fellow who had been staying there that night in another room, and he had experienced the exact same thing. The person that runs this property seems to do it as a hobby, paying little attention to it until it presents itself I would not recommend this place, because no one should have to stand out in the rain, waiting for things they should’ve received previously.
