Ne vaut pas 5 étoiles sauf le prix payé Avons pris une chambre avec piscine privée bruit tout la nuit car route très passante transfert hors de prix et il faut à chaque fois demande pour aller plage car route dangereuse et en montée Petit déjeuner très moyen personnel ne faisant aucun effort pour nous comprendre prise de tête tous les jours A fuir

Excellent property and staff. Friendly and professional. Excellent dinning around the beach area but the walk to and from the beach was challenging due to traffic and very narrow (almost non-existent) walkways. Thanos and Panos were very friendly and accommodating regarding all aspects of stay and transportation. Breakfast was very good and staff were attentive and professional.

Incredibly excellent service. Thanos, Marissa and all the staff were some of the most hospitable people we have ever met. They were so keen on making sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect—from hotel transfers to booking restaurant reservations to suggesting places of interest on a limited 2 day stay. Hotel is beautiful with a great breakfast buffet that would more than please anyone. Just a fantastic experience. Palladium has set a new standard for luxury hotels.

I have to say our stay at the Palladium was one of the best Hotel experiences we have had. The Hotel was just faultless and the staff are friendly and attentive and nothing is too much trouble, you genuinely felt like they cared about your stay not just asking out of duty. Stunning views above the ocean.

Beautiful property. Loved the pool area and had a wonderful treatment at the spa. Thanos and team are very accommodating and helpful. Sparyos was friendly and made sure we were always happy at the pool! Best strawberry milkshakes!

One of the best property we have stayed at. Overall vibe, look of the room, pool, lobby was perfect. Hotel management team knows the meaning of hospitality - Thanos, Georgia at the reception and their teams (sorry forgot their names but bell man, pick up and drop off driver and restaurent staff) were so welcoming and helpful and made us feel special. It is very close to the beach and Nammos village. Breakfast (we are vegeterians) had lots of options and set up was great. This was true 5 star experience!!!

So this is a small very intimate Hotel. All of the staff knew who we were by name and they were always helpful. They accommodated our every request. I would tell everyone to stay there if they get the chance.

Fantastic staff and exceptionally map service and attention to detail. Exquisite and newly renovated property in gorgeous location. Easy walk to restaurants and beach. Short bus to town. Perfection.
