Hotel de très grande qualité très bien situé avec du service et de très belles chambres. Le personnel est très gentil. Je recommande fortement la chambre avec le jacuzzi. Petit bémol : la vue, mais nous vous recommandons le toit terrasse. Nous reviendrons

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zimmer war super! Jazzuci könnte sauberer sein. In der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab, so stand das Bad ständig unter Wasser. Nachts blinkte ständig ein Licht in der Dusche. Alles Kleinigkeiten, aber trotzdem schade. Am Abreisetag wurden wir angefragt, wann wir das Zimmer verlassen wollen. Nachdem wir unsere Zeit gesagt, hies es wir müssen 11.30 Uhr raus. So saßen wir dann 11.30 Uhr vor der Tür....

They have excellent communication to ensure a great check-in experience and overall stay. My room also got upgraded with better view and amenities. The location is at the center of the city within walkable distance of major tourist attractions and the ferry port. I would definitely stay here if I visit Naxos again.

The staff at this small boutique hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. The view from the private patio was lovely and from the rooftop deck, spectacular. The shower was magnificent! Comfy bed, and a nice compact kitchenette. The location was perfect - near the busy port street on a picturesque pedestrian walk.

We booked the Deluxe Suite with Sea View. The apartment was quite small, modern, and very clean. The balcony view was pleasant, although partially obstructed by the building in front of it. The hotel is easy walking distance from the ferry. Checking in was very unpleasant. I gave the hotel our ferry information multiple times, and updated via email to let them know that our ferry was delayed. Our ferry arrived at 14:30 and we went straight to the hotel. We realized, after knocking for 5 minutes, that there was no one there to let us in. (Another guest told us that the same thing happened to her.) We stood outside the hotel for 20 minutes waiting for someone to show up and let us in. When she arrived she claimed I had told her we were going to lunch before arriving. That was simply not true. All in all a very unpleasant start to our stay, especially after a long day traveling.

Two thumbs up! This is great spot! Friendly, clean, nice linens, in a perfect location. Loved the alleyways. There are slopes and stairs so you need to be okay with that. Roof top terrace was wonderful for wine and sunset. Mimosa, Christina and Maria were great to deal with. Everything was perfect.
