尼可斯威里科科斯開放式客房出租公寓(Naxos Illusion Nikos Verikokos)

Soggiornato in questi giorni posso dire che ne sono rimasto un po’ deluso rispetto a ciò che avevo letto. La camera è piccola e se si ha più di due valigie si fa fatica a trovare un posto dove metterle. Il nostro alloggio non godeva di privacy essendo circondati da balconi di altre case ovunque, l’aria condizionata era rumorosissima (fatto presente all’host che ha sorvolato), impossibile dormire di notte per chi ha il sonno leggero come me. Le lenzuola erano carta vetrata, probabilmente non conoscono l utilizzo dell’ammorbidente e il letto scomodo e senza schienale( al contrario delle foto che ci sono sui vari siti) infine la doccia che quando ti lavavi bagnava tutto il bagno poiché presente solo una piccola parte di vetrata che non copriva nemmeno un quarto della doccia..ma una cosa positiva c’era, le camere venivano pulite tutti i giorni e gli alloggi si trovano in pieno centro a Naxos a pochi passi dal porto. Ci tornerò?…MAI PIÙ

The location was good we arive leat there and thet was by the port the room was nice and clean allsow thet had all the kitchen stuff in allsow manolis come down to open for as as we arive leat allsow he got all the stuff for the kids too the view was nice

We were in A6 in this building of about 10 units. It was spacious and bright, clean and airy. The balcony is a good size and has a lovely view over rooves and among buildings, and the rooftop of the building has a large space for everyone to use with plenty of tables and chairs and a spectacular view of the town and even to the ocean. There were only two small omissions: no coffee pot/maker and no washcloths/facecloths. Very minor things. I highly recommend this building. I'm sure all the units are as lovely as ours was.

We were fortunate and had the room at the top which has a huge private balcony with wonderful views over the sea. The room was spotlessly clean and we were given fresh linen each day. The location in the town is brilliant. We had a small kitchen which was well equipped but you need to provide all your own food. Take your showers at night when there is plenty of hot water! Definitely to be highly recommended.

Property is clean and in a convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the port. Nikos was also really accommodating and communicative. He even drove us to the Naxos Airport!

Well maintained modern studios close walking distance to the centre town and ***** of shops and retailers. Supermarket close by. A bit of a climb with heavy suitcases but a breeze traveling downhill. The free filtered water it welcomed. Every hotel should have one..

We returned to Naxos after a delay of 5 years. Having previously stayed in a hotel we decided that self catering was a better option. After a lot of research we decided on Nikos Verikokos Studios. A really good choice. Manos, son of Nikos, who runs the apartments is charming and very helpful. The studio had a king sized bed with a good matress, full sized oven and fridge, every cooking utensil you could dream of, air conditioning and wifi. The bathroom was clean with lots of hot water under pressure, but beware, until the sun has been on the solar panels for a while it can be cool. There was a dining table and chairs in the studio and another outside on a little patio. The room was serviced daily with clean linen. Great location, just minutes from the labyrinth that is the old town, the castle, the water front with its massive choice of eating places, and lots of shops and mini marts to buy groceries and supplies. Highly reccommended.

Yet another great stay here in June 2022. Manos continues to provide excellent accommodation and services. As usual he picked us up from the port and ran us to the airport at the end of our stay. The views from the roof are amazing. This is the only place we would ever stay in Naxos and look forward to our next visit.
