農鴿納克索斯島飯店(Sundunes Hotel Naxos)

Sono rimasto profondamente deluso dall'esperienza presso l'Hotel Dunes a Naxos, Grecia. Nonostante un inizio promettente, l'atteggiamento inospitale e poco professionale della proprietà ha rovinato irrimediabilmente la nostra vacanza. Dopo un viaggio piacevole, abbiamo notato subito un'atmosfera rilassante all'arrivo. Tuttavia, i problemi hanno avuto inizio quando le chiavi della nostra macchina a noleggio sono misteriosamente scomp****. Abbiamo cercato dappertutto, arrivando alla conclusione che potrebbero essere state portate via durante le pulizie ordinarie dacché non abbiamo mai lasciato la struttura. La deludente risposta della proprietaria è stata il colpo finale. Invece di offrire supporto, siamo stati accusati di non aver controllato a sufficienza le nostre borse e addirittura è stato insinuato che avremmo dovuto mettere le chiavi in cassaforte. La situazione è peggiorata quando abbiamo cercato aiuto presso le autorità locali, e siamo stati trattati con un completo disinteresse da parte dell'hotel. La mancanza di sostegno continuo da parte della struttura, unita alla loro ostilità, ci ha lasciato senza opzioni. Dopo diversi giorni, ci è stato offerto l'accesso a un broker assicurativo per discutere di un possibile rimborso, ma la prospettiva di perdere altra parte della nostra preziosa vacanza per questa complicata procedura è stata sconvolgente. Alla fine, siamo stati costretti a sborsare 400€ per le chiavi scomp****, senza garanzia di recupero. Ciò ha non solo minato il nostro budget, ma ha anche distrutto il nostro umore e la nostra esperienza complessiva. In conclusione, l'Hotel Dunes a Naxos ha dimostrato un atteggiamento inaccettabile verso i suoi ospiti. Non solo hanno fallito nel fornire un ambiente accogliente e professionale, ma hanno anche rovinato irrimediabilmente la nostra vacanza con la loro negligenza e ostilità. Sconsiglio vivamente di considerare questa struttura per il vostro soggiorno.

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο! Η διανομή μου ήταν την πρώτη εβδομάδα του Αυγούστου. Εξαιρετική σχέση τιμής με προσφερόμενη ποιότητα! Ευγενικό προσωπικό, πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Καθαρός χώρος και το δωμάτιό μου ήταν επαρκές σύμφωνα με τις προσδοκίες μου. Σίγουρα θα ξανά επισκεφθώ το Dunes όταν ταξιδέψω στην όμορφη Νάξο!

I spent one week with my family to this amazing hotel. What we enjoyed the most was the cozy and stylish rooms and also the other amenities like the huge swimming pool (kids loved it 😀) and the comfy sunbeds at the beach. The personell was very friendly and always welcoming our requests. What we also valued was the level of cleanliness which is a ‘Must’ for us. The location is very quiet and just next to the beach. Parking is also provided for free. We will definitely visit this hotel again

The place looks abandoned, the staff is very scarce, doesn't get back when they say they will, it is a bizarre/frustrating feeling, it feels like nobody is in charge, and I had 'small' issues (eg bathroom not cleaned) The only excuse, which is still not ok, would be the end of the season? What was absolutely not ok was the hygiene: breakfast looked like some kids picnic, not sure about the freshness of cheese & cold cuts, presentation was poor, no table clothes, flies around, nothing to keep the food at the right temperature. I would not mind/complain in a 3 or even 4 star. But it had nothing from a 5 Stars hotel, not sure how they qualified. Price yes, food/literie/service no. Naxos is a lovely island, it was my first time in Greece and somehow I felt let down by the hotel. Other guests had the same feeling, some hotel in limbos, with no service and poor food. It hardly qualifies as a 3 stars. I will not go back to that hotel but hope to find a better hotel in naxos if we go back.

It‘s a beautiful new builded Hotel, with Design rooms, a nice Pool Bar and private space with Service at the Beach. They have super nice room in different sizes, espresso machine and great size to enjoy your time their at fullest. The owners are offering an excellent service all the time and take care of your needs (organize taxi, recommendations). If you‘re looking for your perfect hidden 5 Stars Spot on the Island, with an amazing Design and extraordinary Service, this sould be your Choice! ☀️🩵🇬🇷☀️🩵🇬🇷☀️

The interior of the property was really nice. The staff very friendly and food very fresh and delicious. It was 2min walk from an amazing beach, Plaka. It was great overall. Would definitely go back again.

A brand new hotel only steps from beautiful Plaka Beach. For us, breakfast here was a highlight and the hotel and staff should feel rightly proud. Real care had been taken over the display with lots of local produce, freshly squeezed juice and choice of made-to-order coffee. Reception staff were always on hand and helped with restaurant recommendations and reservations both in Naxos and locally (there's plenty in walking distance). There's a lovely pool area with views of the surrounding rocky hills but we spent most of our time on the beach sun beds. The guys there brought drinks down from the hotel (and food if you wanted). When we visited the landscaping was yet to be completed but I imagine it will look lively when finished ready for next season. Our partial sea view room had a large balcony, and perhaps a couple of sun beds would be a good addition. Also a full length mirror could be added, otherwise our room for 3 had everything we needed including nespresso machine, lovely toiletries and complimentary water each day.

Having worked in hospitality for over 16 years and having traveled extensively worldwide, my recent experience at this hotel was profoundly disappointing. The stay proved to be one of the worst I've encountered on multiple fronts. Upon check-in, the state of the room was notably subpar, marked by its uncleanliness. Our request for the cleaning staff was met with the explanation that the cleaning lady had already concluded her shift for the day. Even when I insisted on the room's poor condition, the staff member accompanying us indicated that she would personally undertake the cleaning. The hotel's unfinished state was evident throughout the premises, with visible stains in various areas. The quality of the establishment fell far short of the corresponding price point. The breakfast area also raised concerns as it failed to meet basic health and safety standards. Items such as yogurt, butter, cheese, eggs, and sausages were left exposed for extended periods without proper refrigeration or temperature control. The absence of distinct sections for hot and cold foods was striking; instead, all items were placed together without regard for appropriate temperature maintenance. Despite the presence of their own sun beds and beach area, our experience requesting towels proved frustrating. After being informed that towels would be fetched from the reception, we waited for over 20 minutes to no avail. Observing other guests leaving their sun beds due to towel shortages, we were taken aback when the Beach Boys collected used towels from other guests, folded them behind their desk, and then presented them to us as if they were newly acquired. Attempts to communicate with the management were met with limited success, as it appeared that the only available point of contact was a lady who might have been one of the owners. The absence of a hospitality background among the staff was evident in their approach to guests. Their lack of professionalism was highlighted by their tendency to shift blame onto guests rather than address concerns constructively. Regrettably, choosing this establishment was a mistake. Despite its recent opening and efforts to present itself as a five-star venue, the reality falls far short of even three-star standards. The level of service I encountered was the poorest I have experienced in Greece, and the overall management of the establishment left me deeply unimpressed.

The staff were amazing, the Lady at the reception was so nice and polite. George who also works at the front desk and his brother were so helpful and always made sure everything was going well. Great staff. Bartender brought us amazing drinks and helped us by telling us where to go at nighttime/restaurants that where good. Definitely coming back
