Pathetic services. Why customer is being told by hotel representative at the time of check-in that hotel has got "no" booking confirmation and hence there is no room available for the said booking, though the amount was already deducted from customer's account ?
i called cuatomer care about 5 times, no one bothered to pick the call, such is the customer service. Also, inr 2200 were charged for so called ac deluxe room, which was not at all as per amount charged.
