I would have given 5 stars but the room still had sand on the bathroom floor, our comforter had a brown stain underneath it and the one pillow smelled like armpit sweat. We only stayed for 2 nights and usually have great experiences with Hampton Inn but this one was a little disappointing. They did offer us an early check in which was wonderful, but we had both of our dogs with us and added it to the special instructions area when making the reservation and that was not forwarded to them according to the front desk. I have no problem paying a pet deposit fee as hotels have them. I felt that when I went to front to explain the situation, after my husband’s key wasn’t working, I was lying and trying to avoid the pet deposit. Honest mistake and paid for it right away, but maybe when using the third party sites they should call and verify all the information is correct and nothing is missing or email. Breakfast was good and the location works well for Navarre.

First they were under staffed, one of my rooms was not cleaned upon arrival and the clerk at the front counter did not even know. I was checked in and sent to a dirty room after a 5 hr drive. Then the next day were go out and come

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff efficient and lots of fun! Only wish you had at least one lounge chair by the pool

Great stop and stay for an overnight church event. Clean room, friendly staff and helpful amenities.

Staff was extremely helpful and informative with the local scenery.The woman that did the breakfast was amazing. Thank you for making our stay the most pleasant we have had so far in Navarre.
