Soak up the sun and surf at the beautiful Gulf Coast! Grimm's Landing Beach Retreat is located just minutes away from the crystal clear waters of Navarre Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is a quiet escape and features a community pool and bayside beach for your enjoyment. The bayside beach is just a street away and has a firepit for those relaxing evenings. The property has two spacious bedrooms with in suite full baths, full kitchen, living room, dining area, half bath, and indoor washer and dryer in home. Living room and both bedrooms feature ceiling fans, central AC system, tile floors in wet area and half bath downstairs. The living room features a pull out queen sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have queen beds and the master has a crib. Needed Improvements
Location and the neighborhood was good. The only negative things I have is the bed was very uncomfortable and couldn't use the garage due to storing old furniture.

Educator Spring Break
My friends and I had a nice time visiting Navarre Beach for the first time. The property was spacious and we really liked that there were 3 bathrooms. The pool was very small and tricky to get to. The beach area was quaint. We enjoyed being fairly close to shops, the beach, and many great restaurants. We especially loved Andy D’s!

Wonderful
This was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely rent again! The only recommendation I have is considering it’s family friendly I would recommend child proofing the kitchen and possibly supplying one or two baby gates for the stairs! No actual complaints just suggestions 😁

Comfortable stay
The house was very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. I loved being able to park in a closed garage. We enjoyed our stay.

Jacuzzi tub didn't work and couldn't get property manager to tell me anything about it but other than that it was a nice stay

Very nice and quiet
Enjoyed staying very much. Property owner was very easy to communicate with. Place was clean and neighborhood was very quiet and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place. We will be hoping to be able to rent again in the future.
