Marvin's海邊旅館

At first glance looks very nice. Arrived in evening and checked in, door to room only had one lock (not very secure). The a/c never got room cool and comfortable. Next morning tried to shower but no water pressure just a dribble, asked manager about it and they installed a new shower head but still not much pressure. Tried breakfast in morning food was good and restaurant staff were friendly. Checked out the pool next was green colored after i asked about it they turned pumps on and took 2 days to clear up.Finally got to change rooms, second was more secure and a/c was better but still no water pressure to speak of. Tv was fuzzy I asked morning clerk about it, went out for the day and when I got back in evening we tried the tv same problem called front desk and was told they forgot about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially at the rate they charge, there are many other quality places nearby!!

Myself and my wife stayed here for 4 nights. Great stay and excellent rooms, comfy beds and great service. This must be the best place to stay on Biliran Island. PS: this the only hotel in the Philippines when you order a boiled egg for breakfast, it is served to you in a real english eggcup! We were very impressed.
