入住酒店的第一晚,全區在晚上九點後沒有電
酒店沒有事先通知我們,說沒有我的電話號碼?!
入住時問我們是否繼續入住。
當時已是晚上九點半後,已經找不到其他的酒店
全晚沒有電,燈和冷氣
我們買了很多食物去煮,沒有電煮不到
事後酒店拒絕退款
說已在入住時通知我們沒有電的情況
感到非常不滿
