納契託什萬豪萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Natchitoches)

All staff we encountered were very friendly, check-in was fast, room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was that our room was right next to the breakfast prep area, so it got fairly noisy with banging and whatever else they were doing about 5 a.m. A room further away would not have that issue.

I am very impressed with this hotel. This is my second time staying here and i wikl return. Staff are friendly and knowledge. Helpful with every request. I would recommended to anyone who is traveling to stay hee.secn

Tried checking in and was told the remaining rooms were not clean because they did not have housekeeping. We had booked the room in advance at a great rate but had to go to the Hampton and pay almost double for a room. The manager Jeremy Wilson was not taking any phone calls and left the poor girl at the front desk to deal with the guest. We are Bonvoy members and have never been to such a poor Marriott hotel.

Guy at the front desk at first was not friendly at all until someone else to talk to him. First room a/c didn't work, there was wood pieces on the floor by the a/c. Carpet not vacuum very good. No syrup for the pancakes at breakfast. Won't stay at this hotel again if visiting this area in the future. The lady on the second shift was very helpful & got us in a new room.

The property is clean. The hotel is clean. The room was clean. Maybe I just caught it on a bad day. It was busy weekend for the hotel but our towels smelled.

The staff were very nice and welcoming, which is very much appreciated after a long day of traveling.

When I checked in they gave me a key to a king room. I went back to the desk to switch to a double as I had reserved only to find out that the had given me someone else's room with a similar name. Also, the front desk informed me at that time that they had cancelled my reservation. Luckily, while we were scrambling to find lodging last minute, due to another hotel error, a different client had been given the wrong room too (the double we needed). We were able to get put in that room. I confirmed at that time that it was available for 2 nights as I had reserved. The next day at dinner, I got an email from the hotel with a receipt for my stay noting a check out time for earlier that day. I left dinner to handle yet another issue with my stay there. Upon arrival I was told the computers were down and the clerk could not get management by phone. The room keys we were issued no longer worked and my personal items were held hostage in the room we were CONFIRMED to have for that night. Finally, another employee arrived and the clerk was able to open the so that we could gather our things. The clerk said if we could wait until computer issues resolved, we MIGHT have a room available that night. We were not interested in one more moment there. I will never stay at you establishment again.

I was moved to another room because the first room was dirty and the air conditioner would not work. The entire hotel needs a good cleaning. It was my first time at a fair field and also my last
