Checked in at 630pm. Left 4 rooms because of multiple stained carpets, AC heat not functioning, giant paint stains , paint spills in the bathroom, depressing and dingy, black out curtains filthy andgwberal dusty.
The room we settle on had:
Carpet better but I would later find out Dan I the bathroom doesn't work, giant cockroach found at 5AM. I can see why they have cockroaches. Behind the furniture not vacuumed and underneath cabinet there was found. Carpeting sticky.
I don't t have time to work for ******* or the Holiday Inn.I would like a full refund at this point we are leaving g now and will eat somewhere else . If ******* does not refund my money I will never use ******* again despite using it for 20 years
The front desk person Inisha did what she could but upgrading to a bigger room doesn't solve the problem that the rooms are dirty.
The general manager gave me some IHG points( my suggestion) after saying there was" nothing she could do.* and that ******* has to
handle any refund. I am tired of taking care of you people. I would have been better off sleeping in the car and getting coffee at the gas station. This was a big disappoin**ent and a waste ofy money and time.
