This hotel is a really cool place-not fancy, but very functional and full of character. Shout out to Luis for his amazing breakfast at the crack of dawn. What a gem! Easy walk to town and secure location. Cool room upstairs to enjoy a visit with friends and view of the mountains.

Wir waren nur für drei Nächte dort und die waren sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer ist genug gross und sauber. Das Zimmer wird nur gereinigt wenn man es wünscht, war für uns aber tiptop. Das Frühstück war sehr gut im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels. Die Lage war auch gut und schön ruhig. Sehr zu empfehlen

This boutique hotel exceeds expectations. Rooms are large, well heated and modern and the bathrooms are also modern, even hi/tech! The staff are excellent - we cannot speak highly enough of Luis and Alicia who helped with luggage, restaurant suggestions and bookings, museum and shopping recommendations, and looked after our bags when we spent a night in Torres del Paine national park. Breakfast is available from 6am and includes a cooked breakfast. We had a 6:15 pick up and Luis made sure breakfast was available for us at 5:45 and helped bring our bags down from the second floor. All up a great experience for us as older travellers.

Weg vom Zentrum, aber in fußläufiger Entfernung zu Geschäften, Restaurants usw. (zum Busterminal ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss). Sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer war gross, Einrichtung spartanisch. Taxis kosten 2500 Peso innerhalb des Zentrums.

Me molestó el cambio de valores presentados en la página y lo que me cobraron. No vuelvo más a ese lugar. Uno cobra lo que se presenta en la página y lo que se acuerde entre el encargado de la hospedería y el cliente. Me habló hasta del dólar que había cambiado y todo fue en pesos chilenos Desayunos incluidos en una plataforma y en otra los cobran aparte.

Sheuen Patagonia is a fantastic, reseanably priced place to stay in Puerto Natales while enjoying this beautiful area including Torres del Paine & Bernardo O’Higgins National Parks in Chilean Patagonia. The hotel is charmingly bohemian in a residential neighborhood that is a short walk to downtown. Rooms are clean, modern & comfortable including a breakfast buffet that is very good w/made-to-order eggs. The staff is wonderful & very helpful-in particular we appreciated Luis & Alicia. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations. Finally, do not miss the opportunity to enjoy a drink in the rooftop bar w/beautiful views overlooking Puerto Natales & the harbor.

Our company Adland Tours is travel agent from Australia who runs boutique tours to South America. It is particularly important to us that we find places for our guests that we can be excited about. Shuen hostel is much more than the name might suggest. Its a cute small hotel. The rooms are classy and modern and the facilities are great. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY THE STAFF ARE JUST WONDERFUL. We had a last minute problem with a bus from Puerto Natales to Puntas Arenas and not only did the staff jump right on helping us make a new booking - they even drove one of our business partners down to the bus station and helped organise new tickets. We know we will be using this place again every time we are here in the future

Estar lejos de casa puede crear aveces una sensacion extraña, pero en el Hotel Sheuen me sentí como en mi propia casa, excelente ubicación, ricos desayunos, deliciosas bebidas, exquisitas quesadillas, hermosa vista de Natales Luis y Carlos son buenisimos anfitriones!!! Muchas gracias una vez más, hasta pronto.
