Atlantis的Harborside度假村和度假租賃

Went in April 2025. Had a 1 bedroom. Loved that harborside rooms had kitchens and balcony, was set away from thw business of royal/reef/coral, but close enough to walk and/or use the shuttle. Very close walk to Marina Village where most restaurants are. There was so much to do at Atlantis for adults and kiddos! Will definitely be back!

The suite was spacious and had a nice pool area. The property is dated and in need of repairs. The tv’s wouldn’t work and the staff could not fix them. There was constant power tools running during the day as they tried to fix other issues on the roof. We we were also told that the water would get shut off at some point to fix a main line. The resort has let this property go unrepaired for too long.

Love the Harborside part of the Atlantis. Is family friendly and quiet yet close enough to walk to the other areas, or hop on a very quick bus ride. Overall, had a great time with the family enjoying Atlantis and having enough space for the entire family to feel at home due to the commodities of Harborside.

The property is clean and well kept. This is our 2nd time in 2 years and both times our views from room. were not good. This time waiting 4 hours for a room and it looked at the parking lot. The pool area is nice and very quiet. There is no extras or any over the top service.

Disappointing stay at Harborside. Pool was closed for renovation, but website nor follow up emails stated this during booking. Lots of bugs in the guest room. Very high priced Wi-Fi charges, limited choices and expensive offerings in the on-site store. Concierge staff easy to work with but management not very friendly and helpful. Will never stay there again and most likely go to Baha Mar in the future.

The Harborside was overall really nice. It was great to have a two bed two bath to accommodate us. I felt like the place was a bit old. Some of the outlets didn’t work. You could not adjust the AC and it was FREEZING. We didn’t have running water and then hot water for half a day which was really inconvenient. When we checked in they told us the pool area and restaurant was being renovated which would have been nice to know ahead of time. However the shuttle that runs around was super nice and helpful. The place is walkable and safe. The staff was great too.
