The Coral at Atlantis

This was our second stay at the Coral in the past 8 years. First visit, flawless! This visit definitely different. Way less staff, and the staff outside were not as eager to help. The public restrooms were not clean, the pool area not tidy, and many shops were not open or hours limited. And not much to do past 5pm except eat, watch a movie, or gamble in the ******. I liked the idea of the water bottle and refillable stations, but the water had an off odor. Not sure if we will be returning. Sad, because it really is a beautiful resort.

Very loud hotel. Not relaxing. Since they have hard floors, we heard heavy furniture being dragged across the floor above us constantly. All the noise kept us awake, and then woke us up in the morning. There was construction across the hall, which woke up us very early also. We will probably not stay there again.

It’s a beautiful resort, the staff are so incredibly friendly and really made us feel welcome. I will say it was very expensive - food was expensive. We didn’t do the meal plan but probably should have. There is so much for kids to do there with a rapid river, water slides, and pools. Really lovely stay.

We have stayed before and each year it seems to go into more disrepair. The overall resort is just aged and needs major updates. I heard a rumor that it is for sale. Our room had plumbing issues which they fixed but from the looks of it there was rust so has been an ongoing problem. Our son was hurt on one of the slides and they had us go offsite to get 3 stiches. They never followed up to see how he was and could care less. We asked several times whether they would be paying the bills and finally they allowed us to turn them in but who knows if they will ever pay. Their food is way overpriced for what you get and be careful as they automatically include a 15% tip and then always ask for additional tip of 18 or 20% which you do not have to do. The best part of the stay was our great taxi driver and she gave additional input of past accidents including a boys death due to Atlantis that resulted in a huge settlement. She did say that the Baha Mar resort is expanding their water park and is much better. Save your money for that resort instead and avoid the dated Atlantis.

The valley parking could have been better had a bad experience ended having to use a taxi but got to say the lady tht was on at that time did help but the team before her must have mixed up keys or something.

We have been loyal patrons of Atlantis for 10 years, my husband for longer and I can say that the changes and upgrades to the property are fantastic. Please keep it up with the new restaurant and features in the rooms as well. Also a shoutout to Justin (front desk at Royal check In desk on Friday September 29th, 2023). He treated us like Royalty (no pun intended). We’ll definitely come back this holiday season.

我們升等到皇家酒店。在我們入住的第一晚，水被關閉了，我們沒有得到通知。我們必須買瓶裝水來刷牙（20.00 美元） 當我們嘗試連接 WIFI 時，它不安全且不斷進出。我們入住的第二天晚上，停電了。電視也是一個問題，它一直死機，我們確實向工作人員報告了上述問題。唯一的回應是「對不起」。 而且我們旁邊的房間聽起來好像有十幾個人在那裡，每次他們進出相鄰的門時聽起來就像他們正在進入我們的房間。
