巴哈瑪 SLS 飯店

Everything was pretty much excellent. We lost our beach side room for some reason but the hotel was very beautiful. Service was also very good. Next time I'll bring my golf clubs.

Absolutely amazing hotel, everything was so clean. The amount they have at the resort is amazing as well as being able to access the water park. Restaurant choice is also amazing and great service from all of them. Would highly recommend this hotel!! 5 stars all the way

If you’re a family in a standard room, don't stay at SLS. You can only enter and exit the room by going through the bathroom. If someone is taking a shower or doing their business, you’ll have to wait, unless they don't care. The poorest hotel room design I have ever seen. Restaurant staff not very pleasant and typically slow. You’ll need some patience. The property itself though is amazing with all the available activities.

Do not ever stay at the SLS Baha Mar. My husband and I decided to try SLS Baha Mar as we normally stay at Atlantis when going to the Bahamas. I must say, the SLS Baha Mar was a true waste of money. The rooms are super dirty, the staff lacks hospitality, and the resort is not well kept. My husband and I arrived early to check in and enjoy the resort amenities as we waited for our room to be ready. Once we were informed our room was clean and ready, we eagerly went up to our room only to be disappointed by how disgustingly dirty it was. The bathroom sink and shower had dark stains all over them, there had pink dirty spots on the counter that they didn’t even bother to try and clean up because I was able to scrape some of it off myself with a little bit of effort. The towels had stains on them (I have uploaded a photo to show you what it looked like), there was hair still in the corners of the shower, there was a black residue on the shower head and shower railings, the carpets in the hallways were all dirty and stained, the elevator doors had streaks of god knows what coming down and splattered all over them (as shown in the photo), and the furniture was all chipped and not well kept. And to top it off, my husband went to drink one of the Evian bottles of water in the room, just to find that it was filled with ALCOHOL, not water. When we went to report the matter, the manager of the SLS didn’t even bother to come speak to us regarding the incident. Horrible, 0 stars.
