天堂島舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Paradise Island)

La journée que nous sommes arrivés au lieu d'avoir notre chambre a 15h comme prévu on la eu à 17h… donc en partant pour le prix quon a payé par nuit c'était ordinaire comme service et le plafond à notre étage au 5e coulait quand il mouillait ils ont du mettre des chaudière ou les fuites À 500$ cad la nuit pour 2 personnes je conseille vraiment de réserver ailleurs

Terrible experience during check in. We checked in early around 11 am and the room was not ready, which is fine because their check in wasn’t until 3, but after 3 pm other guests would come in after us and they would get their room keys and we kept on asking about our room and they said they did not have any rooms available for us, even though we have been waiting for 4 hours. Finally at 4 pm, after speaking with a manager they gave us our room, the wrong room!!! We had reserve a 2 double bed and they gave us a one king bed. We had to go back to the lobby and request a room change. After we finally settled in, we requested a microwave and a safe because the one in the room was broken. I had to call the lobby 2 more times before they brought us to e microwave and had to wait more than a day for them to bring another safe. The hotel is not worth what we paid for. Just a terrible experience overall.

Never again to take flight/hotel package. AA cancel my flight 4 times in a day, then delayed it twice the next. This cause me 1.5 of my visit. The hotel wanted more $ for not meeting appointed time. I will file a claim with my added insurance policy. Horrible!!

Air conditioning in the room roared like a jet plane. Breakfast very average. Convenience of being able to use Atlantis across the street is main selling point.

Convenient location on the Island to go to local restaurants or Atlantis. I enjoyed the quietness just steps away from activities.

The person (men) in the front desk when I arrived he was very nice, but today at the check out was a woman and she WASNT NICE - I wouldnt have a person like that because she don't know how to attend the clients. Bad woman. I was sad because of that. And i payed a lot of money for 1 day of stay.
