巴哈馬海洋俱樂部四季度假村

El hotel es impresionante, muy bonito, muy buen gusto, muy buenas amenities, en fin, gran propiedad. Nos dieron un up-grade a un cuarto con ocean view, el cual agradezco mucho. Pero el personal de Nassau no sabe dar un buen servicio, no puedo generalizar ya que hubo muchas personas del staff que fueron muy profesionales, pero si tuvimos varios problemas con el recurso humano, ordenes mal tomadas, en dos ocasiones mucho tiempo para sentarnos en nuestra mesa y traernos los alimentos y un servicio de shuttle que en teoría a iba a pasar por nosotros en 5 minutos y en realidad fueron 35-40, si nos hubieran advertido que iba a tardar tanto, hubiéramos caminado al hotel y nos hubiéramos ahorrado 20-25 minutos de espera. Pero lo mas increíble fue el colchón de nuestro cuarto, yo creo que debe de haber tenido 15 años de antigüedad y lo digo con esa seguridad porque acabo de cambiar el colchón de mi cama, el cual tenia 11 años y no estaba tan mal como el del cuarto del hotel ( #2008). En la foto adjunta se puede apreciar perfectamente lo deteriorado del colchón .

We were returned to the ocean club after 12 years and found not much to be changed, but what was changed was for the better. The food at Dune remains spectacular. The beach was incredibly calm, perfect temperatures. Our room was newly renovated and we were upgraded to lovely ocean view. The service was incredibly responsive - when I called housekeeping for something it was at my room 30 seconds later. The two tennis pros that we used, Shaka and Marvin, we’re fantastic and some of the best we’ve encountered at a high-end resort. I highly recommend hitting with them if you play tennis They also make it incredibly easy if you want to have dinner at Atlantis and can book your reservations through their system. We would definitely return for a quick, easy, and luxurious getaway from NYC

Lunch time at the Dunes. The restaurant is lovely, white with the ocean backdrop. Unfortunately they were out of shrimp and lobster. So… I ordered a burger (Sip Sip at Atlantis was excellent) it was ok, my husband had a fish sandwich. There was a table of about 22 people and a couple more tables. We had bread served to us, then nothing, no one came, then finally they brought water which was warm, so they brought a cup of ice with it. We had to move to another table because the large group were drinking and getting really roudy. 45 minutes later our food came. The waiters never came back to ask if we needed more water or how was the food. I talked with the manager and said, I didn’t expect this type of service at a 5 Diamond Resort and what could she do could do for us? When a guest has to ask, that’s another mark on their resort. They adjusted our bill took off my hamburger and the water. Since it started to rain we went to the front foyer lanai and sat there a bit, then I went inside and sat a little longer when an employee asked if I needed to check in. No, just waiting to leave soon. If you come for lunch and it takes 45 minutes to get your lunch, don’t stay, they want you out of there. This is not a good review!

When booking the hotel I called and was told the rooms had been renovated two years ago. They did not look like it. Both blocks of rooms looked the same. The food in the Jean-George restaurant was terrible. There was no breakfast buffet, no place mats, non matching coffee cups, spotty service. I was told this was being addressed but honestly the worst Four Seasons I have ever stayed in. Lots of other odd details but I do not want to spread negativity, I was just very excited to visit and very let down.

我和公司一群高階主管待在一起，預訂了10月4日晚上在沙丘餐廳（The Dune）的晚餐，進行一次嚴肅而重要的商務會談。現場音樂太吵了，我們的桌子離音樂太近，根本無法交談。當我們被要求把我們一行人挪到餐廳裡一個離現場音樂遠得多的空位時，經理和女服務員的回答總是“抱歉，這不行”，儘管其實只要把幾張空桌子挪到那個區域就行了。餐廳經理和女服務員的態度似乎是：“如果您不喜歡我們給您的桌子，那真是倒霉，我們不會滿足您的要求。”

Absolutely like heaven this places Was so special to us we loved Every minute. Would highly Recommend this hotel everything was perfect. Picture perfect destination and lovely staff to top it off. Do not miss the opportunity and if your debating where to go this is the one.
