納什維爾範德比美洲長住頂級套房飯店(Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Nashville - Vanderbilt)

We checked in around 10pm and the front desk was quick at giving us the room key, but that was about as good as it gets. She put us on the first floor opposite the staff room, next to the elevator, where she and other staff members walked in an out every 20 minutes till morning comes. The WALL are PAPER THIN, you can hear the guests in the other room showering, the sound of people walking above your room as well as the loud noises of hotel guests. Overall it was a gerrible experience and i woulsnt recommened it unless you have no other options.

When I showed up at 1 AM, they stated I didn't have a reservation, despite the fact that I had called the day before at 5pm to let them know I was checking in late. At 5pm they had my reservation, but at 1AM they said they didn't. VERY disappointing and no where to stay

Not a good experience with this hotel. Every time we left and came back we had to go back down stairs get our keys activated again. Said we were not in the system and no one was booked in our room. Unreal that we had to go thru this ever day. Will never stay there again.

Easy check in, horrible check out. No one at the front desk. Room hadn't been cleaned- hair in sink and tub, food in fridge, floors dirty. Didn't feel safe. Bed appeared clean and freshly made. Front desk staff at check-in and during first night really friendly and helpful.

Air quality in the room was poor. Could use better and more comfortable linens and bedding. No amenities. Breakfast very slim. For the top dollar room rate we didn't get much value.

WARNING: Do NOT EVER “reserve” rooms with them because they over book!! We reserved our two rooms a month in advance and prepaid to ensure we would have a place to stay when we arrived! We drove a long way and got there late in the evening and when l asked for our “reserved” rooms the guy at the counter said sorry we over booked!! The only reason they would give our RESERVED PREPAID ROOMS to someone else would be to sell them at a higher price to someone else before we got there! It completely ruined our night and we had no where to stay and ended up driving all the way back home, because we couldn’t find another room at any other hotel because they were all sold out! We will NEVER book a room with this pathetic hotel and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER DO EITHER OR YOU MAY END UP WITH NOTHING BUT A SORRY WE GAVE YOUR RESERVED PREPAID ROOMS TO SOMEONE ELSE AND END UP ON THE STREET LIKE WE DID!!! Totally unacceptable and we DEMAND A REFUND!!!

When we arrived, we did not have a room due to overbooking. They charged my creditcard for a reservation that was not fulfilled.

After I made the reservation I called and told them I would be late checking in, they told me that they could not hold the reservation past 30:am and to contact you to cancel and to get a refund. While attempting to txt with an agent I was somehow disconnected.

The manager on duty when we checked out was so very nice, he went above and beyond when our truck wouldn’t start he used his on vehicle and gave us a boost such a nice young man.
