So we have just checked in this evening To our property in Nashville. Granted it is through VRBO but it was hard to find reviews on this place. It sleeps up to 8 with 4 bedrooms and 6 total bathrooms. There is not nearly enough comfortable seating in the living spaces for that many people. There are scuff marks all over the white walls. Our toilet holder was broken off the wall, our sink is leaking and there is a bowl underneath to catch the water which I then have to dump into the shower, the fourth floor patio door roller shade is broken in the down position, and there is a bad water leak in one of the windows on the third floor with peeling paint and the floor next to it feels soft. And there are still more issues. For the amount of money we paid this is totally unacceptable. A scuff here or there no big deal but this is absolutely unacceptable. I feel like I’m staying in a bachelor pad. We’re celebrating a 50th bday with friends and this is definitely a lack luster location. Disappointed. Pros- the beds seem comfortable and the kitchen is nicely appointed.

Family trip to Nashville Wonderful communication, smooth check-in. We had a great time in Nashville. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

The layout of this property is great for large groups of adults. It’s in a quiet location that is walkable. Unfortunately the property was dirty. We found crumbs, dead bugs, and hair all over the floors throughout. It was clear it hadn’t been vacuumed as we found a pair of socks and loose change under the beds. Two bathroom were out of shampoo and conditioner. One shade was broken. One toilet seat was broke . If it weren’t the filth and broken items, it would have been great. Some items

We've stayed in dozens of vacation rentals. This one was one of the best... not missing a thing! The ease of checking in & out, the proximity to music row & much of what Nashville has to offer was ideal. When we weren't out exploring, we enjoyed the comforts of the townhouse. It was clean, the beds & living room furniture were comfortable and we felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood. I can't leave out that the top floor was literally like icing on the cake with a cozy gathering place and balcony. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings & wine at the end of each day out on that balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

We’ll stay Sonder again! It was the perfect set-up for 6 adults and very clean! Kitchen was good for daily breakfasts. The beds were very comfortable! Location was convenient to local bars/restaurants and a short Uber ride to Broadway. We’ll definitely use Sonder again!

Nice property. I like the access to a washer and it having so many bathrooms.
