Aside from no towels, no hangers, no made up beds, the management threatened to evict us for complaining. These basic services should be graciously provided without attitude. You may expect an appropriate online review. Thanks for a lovely week in Nashville.

The property was nice and the check-in process was easy. The check-in clerk was friendly and was able to check us in right away. Day two was good but the cleaning crew forget to refill our shower gel and toilet paper. We had to use the shampoo as shower gel and luckily we had toilet wipes to use that night. The next morning we left our room expecting to come back that night to a clean room with toilet paper and shower gel but they never cleaned our room. It was very late and we were too tired to call the front desk. In the morning I had to go down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and shower gel and asked for a late checkout of only one hour. The front desk clerk would not give us the extra hour and was very rude! We had to rush and get out of our room even though the inconvenience of not having shower gel and toilet paper affected our time. I have never experienced this type of behavior from an employee at Bonvoy. She was extremely rude. Had it not been for her the entire stay would have been a 10 but because of her I rate it a 1.

Our room was never cleaned the 4 days we were there. Had to go ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Asked if rooms get cleaned and they said yes but our never was. They offered late check out and shuttle to airport then refused to honor the day of.

Friendly staff! Clean, updated rooms. Our refrigerator didn’t work well due to the door being broken, but that didn’t matter to us really. Great location and the fee shuttle was what sold us on the location. Had to pay to park but I like having my car on-site so I was willing to pay. Easy booking and check -out. BIG thanks to the staff!! All very friendly and helpful! Thanks for a GREAT weekend in Nashville!!

Night front staff was not trained properly. Airconditioning did not work in our room. Front desk personnel had to call supervisor to find out what to do and then handed ME the phone to take care of it! Our family was on the road for over 10 hours and it was late. We had to wait for the off site supervisor to release another room, while the front desk agent was relaxing in the lounge area. We did get another room, but sprinkler systems were wrapped in plastic. Previous occupations must have smoked in the room.

Everything was clean, everyone was helpful. The place is almost new and very quiet. The shuttle service worked like a charm…the GM even picked us up and recommended a great restaurant. The only hiccup was when both of us were awakened at 1:00am by the odor of pot smoke (not the hotel’s fault, but bears mentioning). All in all, we would stay there again.

It was a little odd that the duvet didn't have a cover. That stood out to my wife who is pretty nervous about cleanliness. One corner had a good number of crumbs in it. Rest seemed good!

Everything was perfect staff friendly the only thing which is not negative is that the hotel offers a shuttle to downtown which is amazing because you don't have to drive or find parking
