地理位置在市中心，床也很舒服，設施都比較新，也比較現代。服務態度也很好，不論是前台還是門僮。
在這個價位上（4000多人民幣一晚）居然沒有拖鞋（也許是文化不同）, 但是居然WiFi要額外收費。
總的來説很好，畢竟付了不菲價格。

I can write pages about this hotel and it won’t be enough to describe how professional everyone that works there is.
We got there and we were greeted at the door, we were walked by the gentleman outside to the front desk: the most professional and sweet lady ( I wish I can remember her name) toke care of us : we got there very early (10am because of an early flight) and guess what, we got a call around 11:20 am exactly telling us our room was ready.
The hotel is very nice and welcoming, from its staff to its facilities!!!
The room was beautiful, very clean, the shower and bathroom has everything you need!!!
I will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone who wants a great place to stay in while visiting Nashville!!

My sunglasses were stolen from me at the pool , I reported at the desks front bot I didn’t get any response, also I was charged with 150 dollars for to take a little pet ,

Parking was to expensive should be included with stay. Coffee Maker room would not work.
