Stayed for one night before an early flight. Very nice hotel and nice rooms. Rooftop bar was fun also. Convenient parking and access to the airport

This is a beautiful hotel and so convenient being in the airport. The Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I want to give a shout out to Courtney, Kevin, and Mark. When I came down for a midnight snack they were very personable. The rooms are amazing and it’s exactly what I expect for a hilton. I will definitely be coming back for any future flights.

Convenience for easy access to the airport. Hotel is closer than the parking garage. Rooftop bar, lounge, and pool are relaxing.

I traveled here after a flight into BNA for disability/service dogs to notch their first flights. We had two service dogs with us being individuals with disabilities and a nurse. The staff were great and the food was excellent both the lobby and rooftop. Views of the city were amazing. We wish we could have enjoyed the pool. We had a great time and the only thing that could've been better was that the doors both the rooms and the main doors into the hotel were extremely heavy and difficult for us (with disabilities) to open.

Amazing service and room. Shower took forever to get water warm then was only warm never hot ( like 7 minutes to get even warm). Everything else was perfect. Was only overnight before early flight.

Overpriced and had to pay $30 for parking. It also cost $10 for a voucher to get breakfast that cost $50

Stayed overnight before my flight the next day. Hotel is new and the view of the airport terminal, gates, and runways was excellent so I plan to stay before my next trip in July. All the hotel employees were very helpful especially the checkin desk in helping me find the perfect room with the perfect view of all the airline activity.

Service was great but didn’t refill our coffee snd didn’t pick up old glasses or dirty cups. Except for this minor area everything was great
