We enjoyed a wonderful vacation. The home was lovely, had a beautiful view of the pond from the large deck, was a 10 min walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, pots and everything you could possibly need. Eric was very responsive and communicated clearly. The amenities like beach chairs, TV, towels, beach cart, etc. were very much appreciated. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay! Host graciously accommodated our ask to park at the house mid day on the check in day so we could enjoy a few hours of beach time before check in. House was beautiful, great set up for my husband, two kids, and my mom to stay for a long weekend. All the beach stuff you could need. Easy flat walk to the beach! View from the deck is even better than pictured. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay again.

Perfect Beach Getaway My family and I stayed here while visiting relatives. The house is just a short walk to the beach and offers everything you need to enjoy the water. The deck offers beautiful views of a pond. My family found the beds to be comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and I appreciated the laundry baskets provided in each room. The basement downstairs was a comfortable place for our family to play games and hang out in the evenings.The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful property and experience We loved our experience here while we were in town for a wedding. Property was as described, very well appointed and in a great location. This beautiful 3-story beach house with central air-conditioning provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, situated just a short walk (0.4 mile, 9 min) to Kelly Beach (private). House is located in a family friendly, low traffic neighborhood. The property has a large yard that is ideal for outdoor relaxation. A large deck overlooking the Wesquage Pond with a grill and outdoor seating. Water views from the west-facing deck provide perfect sunsets and promise a tranquil setting for cherished memories. The first-floor features twin-bunkbed and a living area with a sectional sofa that converts to a full bed. There's also a TV with Play Station for the kids, a half-bath, and a laundry area. The second, main floor encompasses an en-suite king master bedroom with TV. There's also a fully equipped, renovated kitchen, living and dining room with fireplace, TV, and a sofa that converts to a queen sleeper. Living area is designed for relaxation and togetherness with a large water-facing view that allows light to pour in. The third floor has two queen bedrooms, each with TVs, and a shared full bathroom ensuring ample space for everyone's comfort. There's a private outdoor shower to wash away the salt and sand. All the beach essentials are ready for you - beach towels, umbrellas, beach wagon, rolling cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids sand toys.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Pack&play, highchair, etc. in Master closet.About customRules:No smoking or vaping of any kind.
