樹汽車旅館(The Tree Motel)

Le motel commence à être un peu ancien et mériterait une bonne petite rénovation. Mais il a des avantages comme la qualité de la literie. L'équipement complet de la chambre, frigo, clim, etc... La souplesse pour le check-in avec des boîtes à clés avec code. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de David. Bref, ce n'est pas très cocooning mais cela reste un bon plan pour une étape sur la côte.

Price was very important. Whilst the property is aged, it was very functional, clean, and locality was excellent. The manager was very friendly and welcoming. He fixed up the Wotif crappy booking system. Wotif has lost the personal touch having No One to talk to. Thank go i only use a motel once or so a year. I do not like the system to book a hotel

We were forced to leave the motel after 1 night if our 4 night stay because my father in law got rushed in for emergency surgery. We spoke to management the day we left and they said they would sort out a refund for us. A few days later we are told we will not be getting a refund as they dont offer them. We wouldnt be as upset if they didnt lie in the first place and lead us to believe we could have it.

Motel is very untidy. The room was clean, but dated. No door on the bathroom, though the toilet had a door. Bed was comfortable. The outside needed a really good clean up. Decent furniture around the pool would help present it. Get rid of the empty pots. Clean up the BBQ area and make it usable.

Functional motel. Next Woolworths. Adequate parking. Bed is comfortable, room is clean. Bath room sink is small. Bath room is functional but need some upgrading work. The owner is very friendly.

Although clean enough, the room had uneven floors, very basic furnishings and a bathroom that has never been updated with a shower that barely functioned ( the shower head was not adjustable at all) The price was reasonable, however this was not value for money at all, disappointing to say the least. And not having staff on site should be indicated upfront, as this might be something solo travellers might wish to consider when making a selection.

The room was disappointingly dirty upon arrival, with slippery floors posing a significant hazard. Adding to the frustration, there was no staff onsite to address these issues, and attempts to contact them went unanswered. Regrettably, my father suffered a fall in the bathroom due to the unsafe conditions, exacerbated by a broken towel rack. As a seasoned traveler who has frequented various motels across Australia, I can confidently say that this establishment ranks among the worst I have encountered.

Very old property. Clean enough. Saw no staff as check in was via code sent via SMS for entry. Pretty basic.
