Amzaing food amazing services with amazing view i enjoyed a lot specially club sandwich made by chef shehzad everything was too good i really enjoyed a lot with my family and recommended everyone to plan hotelone naran with friends and familyyy

I was in hotel Naran one with my family. Hotel is very well located and the well maintain rooms with beautiful mountain view. But you get exactly what you see in the pictures. In Naran valley there are issue about network and electricity but there you can have 24/7 electricity, Wi-Fi and hot water. that was a nice experience there.

Visited Naran and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Very nice and polite staff, the service and management was impeccable. Breakfast was included and food was very nice. The room was nice & clean and the staff were available 24/7. 100% recommend this hotel.

I am very disappointed in Hotel One( by Pearl Continental), Naran. From management to everything. They ruined my stay. I booked my hotel through Agoda application for the date 12-June-2023 till 13-June-2023 ( 1 night). I was travelling with my wife for a two day vacation. When I reached the hotel around 2:45 pm (12-June-2023) everything looked perfect. I showed them my booking confirmation email and the reception guy took the screenshot and asked for my ID card. Which I provided happily. We were really tired so we stayed at our hotel room till most of the evening. But around 7:00 pm me and my wife were getting ready to go out for food in the Naran bazar ( market), most disrespectful and scary thing happened. Someone knocked at our door once and then after 2-3 seconds he tried to open the door, luckily the door was looked by the chain lock that most hotel rooms have around the world. I instantly opened the door within 5 seconds of the knock and found out the guy who was the Room maintenance in-charge ( Head) was outside. I found this event very weird and asked him what’s the matter, he replied just routine check up. At this point I was soo confused that I didn’t ask him why did he try to come in without my permission. Then I came inside and talked with my wife and we both found this very very disturbing and weird. We felt insecure. Within 2-3 minutes I again went out and found the guy on the same floor so I walked up to him and asked what is this behaviour? Who are you to come in without my permission? He replied, I am sorry sir I didn’t know you were inside so this was in out SOP’s to knock and just come in as you didn’t have any do not disturb sign hanged so it was normal. What are you even saying. I got really pissed at him and asked him his position in Hotel One ( By Pearl Continental), Naran and he told me that he was head of room maintenance. I asked him who is the manager here I want to talk to him. He said he is downstairs. I then came back and asked my wife to lock the door from inside and don’t open for anyone. Then I went downstairs to talk to the manager, Mr. Yasir. I told him the situation and told him to sort this out. I need explanation. I told him I have traveled the world and no one comes in the room without the permission except if clean the room sign is outside. He was very sorry and told me to calm down and asked me to come back again while he interrogate this matter further and talk to the guy ( maintenance head) who tried to come in. I again came down from my room around 7:50 and found out the Maintenance head guy outside. He asked me to come outside the hotel and just listen to him. I listened to him calmly and then I asked him to come inside the hotel lobby and then we talked. I told him again, what is this behaviour. I was with my family. You tried to break my privacy with my family ( wife) you just tried to burst in without my permission. I told him I would go to higher management authorities and complain about this ac

Almost every thing is good there,, staff is so friendly and caring especially miss sadaf is so kind n caring..they are managing all the things in a very professional way.. Rooms are really tidy clean and cozy..it feels like home.Keep it up ,,

The existing reviews on Trip Adviser for Hotel One have questionable grounding in reality. I have just spent 12 days travelling around northern Pakistan, and this was both the most expensive and the worst hotel. It is misrepresented on its website - there is no valley view - extremely noisy all night and breakfast is not available before 8am. When we complained to the management and asked for a refund, the first response was that we were wrong, the second was to sack two staff, the third was to take a refund from their wages. This is outrageous behaviour. Poor employees should not be penalised for management failures. I paid in full, explained that staff should not be sacked, and am now seeking compensation from the Pearl Continental's senior management. This hotel is a disgrace to their franchise!
