Coffe maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator & two portable induction stove tops with pots & pans. Ironing board with iron. Hair dryer. Queen size bed & convertible sofa bed. Washer and dryer. Laundry can be dropped off & picked up, cleaned & folded for a fair price.Simple yet cozy studio suite near the beach Private entrance with its own parking out front Within 2 miles you will find WalMart, Trader Joes, Publix, LA Fitness, Whole Foods, Marshall’s, Mercato with Shops & Restaurants, The Blue Martini, English Pub, a Movie Theatre, The Ritz Carlton, Seasons 52, Capital Grill and many neighborhood bars and restaurants.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 19.About events:No events allowed.

Birthday weekend Stayed at this cute little efficiency for our friend’s birthday weekend. Loved that it was in a quiet residental area, but close to the festivities. Will definitely stay again.

Peaceful anniversary getaway There are so many great things to say about Franks property. It Is in a fantastic and safe location that was in close proximity to the beach, dining, entertainment and the Mercato shops. The property is equipped with everything you would need, it was extremely clean and beautifully decorated/furnished. Frank is an amazing host, very friendly, responsive and willing to help with anything. Already looking forward to visiting Naples again and staying at Franks property.

Solitary weekend I was looking for a studio for a solitary weekend. Perfect place and near the beach not on the best street in Naples park as that neighborhood is hit or miss. I know the neighborhood so I was comfortable. The place was well kept and had great lighting which I needed for the weekend. There was a lot of spiders in there and spider webs that I walked through. Once I brush them out I was fine. The cable was intermittent so I had to keep turning it on and off. Bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. Just what I needed.

Great Studio I loved the proximity to pretty much anything, beach, restaurants, parks. The place was very comfortable for us and had all the amenities it specified. I would definitely come back and stay there!
