The space As you enter this lovely private home, a living room welcomes you, tastefully decorated with a coastal Naples flair. It features an upgraded memory foam queen size sofa bed. Plank hardwood floors run throughout the home. Down the hall to your right, a beautiful open kitchen, dining and family room await you with glass pocket doors that open to the covered lanai and screened in pool area. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with granite counters and ample cabinets for your grocery items. The round table in the dining area seats eight plus there is seating for two at the breakfast bar. Additional seating for six is available on the covered lanai. The family room is comfortably appointed with a leather sectional sofa, 54" flat screen smart TV with cable and plenty of seating. WiFI is provided throughout the home. The left side of the home features three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twins. All of the bedrooms have large closets with shelving and hanging space. These two guest rooms share a large bath with a walk in marble shower. The downstairs master boasts a king size bed, flat screen smart TV, large bathroom with double sinks and marble walk in shower. This bedroom has a beautiful view with glass doors that open to the pool area. Accommodations continue as you walk up the stairs where you'll find a second family room, master bedroom and bath. The family area has a 54" flat screen smart TV and upgraded memory foam queen size sofa sleeper. A dining/game table and wet bar with refrigerator makes this a great area for a second family or kids. French doors open to the master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk in closet and large bath with jetted tub and shower combination. South facing pool exposure allows you to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine all day long or you may choose to sit under the private covered screened in lanai and enjoy a tropical refreshment. The beautiful pool is comfortably heated at no additional charge. Enjoy outdoor cooking with your choice of a gas or charcoal grill, or for a true cooking experience, use the outdoor brick oven to bake up an authentic wood fired pizza. Grab a few of the provided beach chairs and walk to your choice of two beach areas. If walking is not for you, the covered parking at Vanderbilt Beach is less than a five minute drive. Delnor-Wiggins State Park features plenty of trails and seaside scenery for walking, running or a picnic at a reasonable daily park entry fee of $6/car. Bikes are included with the house if that is your chosen mode of transportation. A plethora of dining and shopping experiences are all within close proximity. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Mercato Entertainment District, Pavilion Center, Waterside Shops and two movie complexes are all nearby. Old Naples and 5th Avenue are a short 10 minute drive.
