Within a 6 minute drive to the luxury shopping, restaurants, and nightlife of Mercato. This gorgeous home is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation! Including a heated saltwater pool & spa with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with built in grill, brand new luxury designer furniture throughout, wine cooler, beach equipment, and a free Electric Vehicle Charging station! Just bring your suitcase and unwind!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Lock all windows and exterior doors.

No unattended children by the pool/spa at anytime..Please use the beach towels for the beach and the pool.

FABULOUS PROPERTY
I can't say enough great things about this property! The home was AMAZING, so comfortable and in a great location! It had everything we needed and more...plenty of towels, beach chairs, coolers, pool toys and games. Anthony is wonderful! I will absolutely use this beautiful home again when in Naples.

Great location
House was great in a great location close to the beach and shops. The property manager had great communication if something was missing was quick to help. The house was equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen as well.

Paradise
Our stay was absolutely perfect. Anthony was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, and the house was immaculate! The house was equipped with every kitchen supply/utensil you'd need to cook/dine, the beach toys, wagon and chairs were awesome to have, and every bedroom was so comfortable and had it's own smart tv. The pool and hot tub were amazing and nice and warm, we swam at all hours of the day! Location is perfect, so close to the beach and many restaurants, stores, etc. All the towels and linens you'd need as well which was great for our beach and pool days. The master bedroom and kitchen were stunning, and the outdoor kitchen/dining area was perfect for grilling and hanging with friends. We already want to come back next year! 10/10

Great!!!!
Home was beautiful! The only minor glitch was that we had to trouble shoot with the pool and spa heater. There were clear instructions; however it didn't mention the exterior breaker located at the side of the house that needed to be turned on.

Great family home
Great house and was perfect for us - 6 adults, 2 kids. Especially liked the layout of the house and pool with outside patio. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach. Host also checked in and made sure we were all set. Would definitely stay again and also recommend.
