This will forever be my go to hotel in Naples. Front desk is so nice and helpful The food/views/pool upstairs is great. Easy to get around by taxi/walking. Close to the ports if you ferry over. The rooms are small which would be my only complaint but expected in Europe. The beds are Princess beds - SO comfortable! I highly recommend for a quick stay.

非常好的酒店,位於水邊。陽台面對海濱,每個陽台上有幾把椅子和一張桌子。寬敞,設備齊全的房間。巨大的自助早餐,有服務員,可以獲得特製咖啡飲料。大型酒店,經常有會議,所以接待區可以很忙。接待人員不是很友好,但早餐工作人員非常樂於助人。步行即可到達餐廳。

Had the best time here and made friends that I still talk to two years later (I actually went here in August of 2022). If you are looking for a fun social hostel to make lifelong friends this is the place. The kitchen also has free pasta and some basic produce, spices, and oils that are free to all guests. I saved a good chuck of cash living off of the pasta there. The staff is also incredibly friendly. Shout out to Mia! I don't think she works here anymore but she was the best.

酒店房間很好，早餐在9樓，視野很開闊，就是火山那側前還有個巨高的破樓，擋住了景色。。位置也很不錯，離購物步行街很近。。就是開車到酒店的路很難走，停車是先在酒店正門路邊把大箱子卸下來，然後右轉再右轉有個oriente的地下車庫，開下去跟倆大叔說是來住店的，把鑰匙給他們就不用管了。

我3口之家在那不勒斯酒店度過了一個絕對夢幻般的4晚住宿。業主真的很友好,樂於助人,包容。浴室,房間和廚房區域總是一塵不染。我旅行時從不睡好,但牀和房間很舒服,每晚都睡得像個嬰兒。位置非常適合體驗那不勒斯,非常靠近繁忙的市中心地區,有很多咖啡館和餐館的選擇,但客棧在隱藏的建築中仍然安靜。我絕對會推薦這個地方給每個人。感謝羅伯託和家人的一切。

Very satisfied with our stay, we were welcomed by the owners and were given instructions on how to access the building. San Martino Apartment was very spacious and had complete amenities (kitchen/microwave, washing machine, Netflix). Owners were also very responsive to whatsapp and address all concerns promptly. Location is great as well, few steps to Toledo and other historical sights

位置是真不錯，居老城和新城之間，都可步行到達，離購物中心幾步之遙，但是房間小，最不滿意的是麪盆和淋浴房下水堵，用一會兒就有積水，要慢慢才滲下去，吹風用一分鐘因過熱自然斷電，等3-4分鐘涼了才工作，然後吹一分鐘又斷電，基本無法吹頭，整個房間和衛生間（特別是衛生間）不是很乾凈的感覺，水龍頭都銹跡斑斑，整體感覺這家酒店住的不舒服

Rooms had water stains all over the walls like there had been damage that had not been repaired, the bathroom had patchy repairs on the walls like they had slapped spackle on top of screws and the shower was literally on a slope. The outside of the hotel is surrounded by graffiti and people loitering outside who are not staying there. We did not feel safe or comfortable here. They would not give me a manager to speak to, or a name or a phone number to call. ON TOP OF THIS… My husband and I are on our honeymoon and had an emergency at home and had to leave. The front desk showed no care to our situation and promised 3 calls to our room and didn’t deliver once while making us pay for our stay, regardless. Not telling us their cancellation policy and also not caring in any capacity that we were not only on our honeymoon that had to be cut short but also that we had to leave. The front desk staff was very unhelpful and seemed to know nothing. Very unhelpful and overall bad stay.
