瑪堤德生活風格飯店(Hotel Matilde - Lifestyle Hotel)

El personal del hotel es amable, eficaz e inteligente. Y muy alegre. El desayuno es muy bueno, el salmón ahumado y el brioche, espectaculares. El ascensor que funciona con monedas de 10 céntimos es lo único malo. Nadie tiene monedas y menos de 10 cts. Hemos tenido que bajar las maletas a cuestas por las escaleras esta mañana al salir del hotel (al llegar, nos pagó el portero los 10 cts para subir). Pero es un pequeño detalle que se podría mejorar fácilmente. El resto, todo genial. Hemos estado muy felices y muy bien atendidos. Volveremos. GRACIAS!!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. L'istruttore interne sono pulite e ordinate, il servizio eccellente. Buona colazione. La cordialità e la professionalità del personale sono di prima classe, in particolare Dimitri,alla reception dell'hotel.

Perfect location. Rich breakfast. Not crowded peaceful hotel. Areas of improvement : housekeeping should last more than 5 minutes.., weak cleaning.., we stayed 4 nights, bed covers never been changed. Staff in breakfast area is not nice, they were not happy with their jobs. Last day at 7:15 a.m. we kindly asked to have a quick breakfast due to early flight, the answer was "not ready"..! and they didn't give coffee.. In general, they should learn to put "customers" in the middle of everything.

Overall, hotel property is very nice, clean and excellent welcoming staff. The hotel is within the Gallery building accessed thru an outside alley. Location is short walk to busy shopping district in historic Naples Gallery Umberto and LOTS of great restaurants and local eateries. However, Naples in general and the immediate area surrounding the hotel is very dirty with homeless people everywhere. Not pleasant experience walking to get to the hotel. The entrance to hotel is in a pedestrian only street, so parking and moving from transportation with luggage was challenging. We’re not aware so we’re shocked about the area when we arrived.

The location is amazing - right in the middle of everything! Room was large, very modern, very clean. It had a beautiful view of the Palazzo. Breakfast was very good - plenty of options including eggs, toast, etc. The staff were extremely helpful & pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was at a location that cannot be accessed by a car you have to drag your luggage 4 blocks. The parking is 1.2 km away It is a very clean and new hotel in a single floor of a multi functional building. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is not with the money though.

Great hotel and staff is amazing! Location is quite central to Metro and walkable to waterfront. The only negative I have is the noise late at night from the gallery below if your room faces that way.
