植物園精華套房民宿(Essential Suite B&B Botanic)

位於那不勒斯市中心的超值酒店。酒店可能有點難找，所以我建議提前聯繫他們，讓他們知道您的抵達時間。一進去，酒店就非常乾淨安靜，我們的房間有一個漂亮的大浴室。這個地方實際上比意大利一些更昂貴的酒店要好。

Location is good, room is mostly clean. Blue skirt on the bed has dirty spots #Nasty. There was only half roll of toilet paper and we didn’t find a chance how to refill toilet paper. We haven’t seen any staff there during the two days. Wi-Fi password at front desk was outdated and as we didn’t saw any worker there so we hadn’t a chance to ask for a correct Wi-Fi password. On the room floor there were some ants running around #littlebitNasty. Breakfast was in a nice caffe near the b&b. Front desk had outdated tourist information from the 2018. Year is 2022 and it would be great to update tourist info. A/C worked very well. During the hot days working A/C is a very big win for this place :). We had a bunch of different towels - Comfortable and nice. Thank you. In overall our two-days stay in this b&b was pretty good. Would recommend to stay there. Also I hope that this place will hear me out and fix previously mentioned observations.

No hay suficientes instrucciones y es falso que le hacen a uno la limpieza diaria aunque sí cobran diario por la limpieza. Lo mas decepcionaste es el gasto continuo y desconsiderado de luz porque tienen prendido todo el día el clima aunque esté vacío. Se me hacen muy irresponsables y no contribuiré con este tipo de manejos irresponsables de la luz y energía.

Sono stata in questa struttura con tutta la mia famiglia allargata per la vittoria dello scudetto del Napoli. Il posto è carinissimo, comodo per il parcheggio, nel cuore di Pompei. In 6 adulti con 3 bambini siamo stati accolti benissimo e le camere erano già sistemate per le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo visitato Pompei, il centro di napoli e Positano in solo due giorni...la signora Anna è meravigliosa, super accogliente e disponibile anche per accompagnare la clientela nei punti strategici della città. Ci ha offerto anche delle verdure fresche del suo orto che sono state graditissime. Sicuramente torneremo in questa casa, perché ci siamo sentiti coccolati da ogni punto di vista. I letti sono comodi e la zona silenziosa. Tutto pulitissimo e i bagni sono accessoriati di tutto e praticamente nuovi. C'è anche un frigorifero in ogni stanza. Super consigliato.

This property is not in a nice part of Naples. The surroundings are grimy and uninviting and the property’s locked door and small faded sign are not welcoming. However, the owner communicated easily and quickly on WhatsApp and sent someone to let me in within 10 minutes of me letting her know I had arrived. He was very helpful, showed me around the property and gave me the keys. I had a private room with bathroom which was perfectly clean. The bed had seen better days and was very soft with badly damaged faux leather head board ( peeling ). It is on a main road so is noisy, but I didn’t mind that. I couldn’t find a grocery store nearby, but there are several bars and cafes within a 2 minute walk. There is a bus stop and taxi rank outside the property, so getting to airport was easy. I took No 182 bus which the man who let me in told me about. Very cheap and quick. All in all it was fine for a one night stay prior to an early flight, but I probably wouldn’t want to stay any longer than one night, due to the surrounding area.

First of all, it's basically impossible to find this hotel without proper instructions which were not provided by our host. If you type the name and address of the hotel in Google it will lead you to a different building across the square from where it really is. The host didn't speak any English, didn't pick up the phone and insisted on communication via WhatsApp. Provided a wrong number without a country code first so it took a while... We were desperate at night on a street not knowing how to find our hotel..Some locals helped us to locate the place. The hotel is located on the third floor of a tiny building (no elevator, very steep stairs). There is a car wash in the building so we heard cars being washed every morning. But it's nothing compared to the noize created by the crowds from the bars under our windows. Don't except that you can relax at this hotel. The room was quite dirty, somebody's hair was in bed, we also found ants in the corner by the bed. The mattress was ok. In the bathroom the was no hooks to hang towels, in the drawers under the sink there were some dirty tools and a hairdryer with a completely destroyed plug. There was no sound isolation at all, in the morning we could hear every word of the conversation between the cleaning lady and the receptionist. Terrible experience.

Very friendly treatment and you get help whenever from the owner. I stayed in the beautiful suite with spa bath and rain shower, amazing. There is a mini fridge that you can store cold drinks in. There are electrical outlets near the bed so you can charge your mobile phone. Many restaurants and cafés nearby. You can reach the train station in about 15 minutes on foot. Breakfast is taken at a cafe nearby where you can choose from different croissants and coffee or cappuccino. Very nice I would love to come back. We stayed over New Year’s Eve. We arrived later than expected, however the host was understanding and communicated with us well upon arrival. The location was nice and had lots of coffee shops around. We really enjoyed the breakfast that the B&B provided at a nearby coffee shop. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom.
