服務很好，離地鐵站很近

酒店個別前台非常差，英語很糟糕，也不主動説明mini bar是可以免費取用的。衹是簡簡單單把房卡做好就打發走了。酒店的硬件很老舊，雖然地點不錯，但是真的不太推薦住這裏。

I highly recommend this hotel. It is in an excellent central location near the cruise terminal and castle nuovo, so it is close to historic sites and shopping. The staff are very friendly and efficient and all speak English. I loved the roof terrace at the restaurant, which had a lovely view. I think the hotel must be dog-friendly, as I saw somebody heading toward the restaurant with a dog as I was leaving it.

Bar was closed, so we didn’t receive our welcome drink. Staff were efficient and friendly.
