新橋床鋪民宿(Pontenuovo Bed)

Camera accogliente, Letto molto comodo, a disposizione microonde, frigo e macchina del caffè in camera. Pulito, elegante ma allo stesso tempo semplice. A disposizione detergenti monodose in bagno, phon, TV e cambio giornaliero asciugamani e sistemazione stanza. Unica pecca la colazione che non viene servita nel b&b ma, consegnando un ticket, si può consumare in un bar poco distante ( con il ticket si ha diritto solo ad una bevanda e una cosa da mangiare) quindi è un po' riduttiva rispetto a quanto di solito si trova in un b&b. Il bar convenzionato ha comunque ottimi prodotti. Gentilissima l'host che ci ha anche stampato una piantina della città e permesso di lasciare i bagagli fino al tardo pomeriggio nell'atrio così da poter girare anche l'ultimo giorno senza valige al seguito. Il b&b si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore.

Amazing stay. It was very clean, comfortable and a big space for two people. The owner was extremely responsive and gave us plenty of help and recommendations as we needed. It was nice and cool inside, a must in this hot summer! The coffee shop close by had several good options for a light breakfast. The B&B is close to several popular food spots and walking to the downtown core where the touristy spots are can be done in less than 25 min. 10/10 would recommend. Grazie mille!

Bel appartement dans un ancien hôtel particulier. Bon accueil. Grand lit. Frigo, cafetiere, micro-ondes à disposition, mais une seule tasse et rien d'autre. Un peu dommage. Nécessiterai des assiettes, couverts et verres.

Well let me start by stating that Daniela was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. However, what I read in the reviews was correct. The sewer gas smell was terrible. Had to keep the door closed to the bathroom or the entire room smelled. The area around the room was not a desirable neighborhood. I did not feel comfortable at night walking in this area. Very sketchy. The breakfast was good, very Italian brioche and cappuccino. So no complaints on that. I would recommend staying on the Lungo Mare. Much better area. More expensive but safer and cleaner. I stayed there in my last visit and was much more satisfied if you want to feel safe. However if you want to be close to the historical downtown then this B&B is really close by. It also very close to the main train station, where there were several good places to eat.

This B&B is unmanned but codes allow access to the courtyard from the street and into the premises. Keys are in the room. We found it quiet and had a good night's sleep. Breakfast is around the corner in a friendly cafe. The lovely botanical gardens are a few minutes walk away. All in all a great base for visiting the city. We would return.

Easy check in, instructions were clear, location was secure. Room was large, spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay
