諾納皮納美術客房飯店(Nonna Pina Art Rooms)

2023 年結構未配備 POS！到達該設施後，我發現我必須以現金付款，儘管之前沒有指定。儘管已明確說明一切都包含在已經商定的價格中，但我還是被要求支付旅遊稅。電梯真的很不舒服，即使是兩個帶行李的人。整體來說房間不錯，但照片的框架誤導了實際尺寸。最後，我被指控偷了浴巾，儘管它們已經在地板上了。

我們發現辦理入住手續很困難而且壓力很大。很難找到建築物的位置，然後弄清楚如何使用鍵盤進入。周圍的社區感覺不安全（尤其是在夜間）。 臥室的牆壁很薄，我們可以聽到隔壁家庭小孩的每一句話/哭聲。 我們第一次洗澡時，門從滑塊上脫落了。淋浴間的架子生鏽了，淋浴間排水很慢。 我們希望包含早餐，這是我們預訂這家酒店而不是那不勒斯其他酒店的原因之一。多種因素顯示包含早餐： 1) 被描述為“住宿加早餐” 2) ********** 上概述為“早餐在附近的酒吧供應” 3）門上有一個標牌，上面有一個勾選框，表示包含早餐 在與前台工作人員多次討論此事後，我們也聯繫了業主，我們對他們的回應感到失望，並認為他們是對抗性的。我們被告知要就他們的財產聯繫************，因為描述不正確，我們應該「與他們一起解決」。 我們發現唯一的優點是電視（有 Netflix），而且飯店距離那不勒斯中央車站非常近（步行不到 4 分鐘）

La signora con cui ho parlato al telefono è stata gentilissima, posizione comoda per tutti gli spostamenti! Piccola la stanza ma pulita(i materassi 😭proprio no). La zona non è delle migliori....ma cmq consigliato!!Buona la colazione al bar di fronte inclusa nel prezzo.

Was our second worst stay in our month long journey in Italy. Walls are PAPER thin and there is some family next door making all kinds of noise during the night. I’m not a light sleeper but it was very disturbing. The room REEKED of smoke, get a ozone in there! Kitchen is tiny but suitable. Not in a nice area at all, wouldn’t walk around at night. Only perk is across the street from the train station. Wouldn’t recommend staying, spend the money and go elsewhere

After being messaged 3 times on WhatsApp and *********** to supply an arrival time, I message this hotel back giving my ETA - which I felt pressured to supply. Upon discussion with my wife, we decided to maybe change things around, and even though we were passed the free cancellation date, we requested if we could change the 1 night stay to a two night stay at the end of our 2 week holiday. They responded that yes those dates were available and said I'd need to call *********** to do so. I assume this was because I had been charged for the hotel so I spent 45 minutes on the phone to ***********, who called the hotel TWICE to try and convince them to let me change. They claimed the hotel was booking the one night I wanted (even thought ***********.assistant could see in their messages they said otherwise) yet mentioned how they had tried to get in touch with me but I hadn't responded. So basically, because I was still planning my itinerary and couldn't supply an answer, they spitefully declined to change my days unless I let the 72euros for my single go as a cancellation. What a scam! Even if they had said, no sorry not without losing your payment already made, I at least wouldn't have wasted 45 minutes on the phone. Save your money! From the photos on *********** (which I failed to check) it looks like you won't get a room like in their pictures anyway! **Photo showing their availability when they claimed not to be, and allowed me to go through to the final step button - which I didn't press! Clean room, bed OK. Shower head not working. Drain clogged. TV not working. Surroundings don't really feel safe.

The facility is located near the main train and bus station. This made it very easy to get around Naples without a car. We stayed here for a week. The facility is clean and there is a kitchen available to use during your stay. There is a laundry and grocery store located within easy walking distance.

Remodeled room, very close to station, very small water flow from sink, shady neighborhood.
