Terminal One was a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay! Just a short walk to the airport in Naples, it made our travel smooth and stress-free. The staff was very helpful and made sure we were settled into our room right when we arrived, which we truly appreciated. Everything we needed was right there—simple, efficient, and with comfort to spare. A great choice for travelers looking for ease and quality near the airport.

No elevator It was not mentioned on their website that there was no elevator. It’s an airport hotel and we have big suitcases and had to struggle with getting our suitcases up the stairs. Being in our 70’s, this was very difficult.

Its location is fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk from Naples International Airport and the car rental agencies, making it perfect for travelers with early flights or late arrivals. The self-check-in system was efficient and easy to use, with clear instructions that made the process quick and hassle-free. The room was a standout feature—and almost apartment-like, with a comfortable bathroom and thoughtful touches like coffee and snacks provided. Another highlight was the early breakfast service starting at 4 AM, which was a great convenience for those catching early flights. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone needing a convenient and comfortable stop near the airport!
