Our room was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The area has a separate living space and kitchenette. It has views of the ocean and is an easy walk into town. Tania is wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. She even took our washing out of the machine, into the dryer (both free) and folded up to our room so we could go out for the day. We had a really lovely stay.

Great place to stay. Handy to everything, great service spotless and quiet. The owners are a really nice couple. Supplied information on what's happening places to see and wine trail. Easy to talk to and make you feel at home. Same with the staff. Have stayed here before and will again. Highly recommend this place.

We booked the accommodation at the very last minute and to be fair didn’t expect too much in the first place.
We were greeted by the lovely motel owner and the whole check in process was quick and easy. Our room is on the first floor. The moment we entered the room everyone was wowed by how spacious, clean and calm the room was. Even the children commented on how much they liked the place. And the view from the window outlooking to the beach - just stunning.
The motel is very close to the restaurants and shops in the city centre and we had no trouble with on-site car parking.
We can’t praise this place enough and it’s definitely our first choice if we come visiting Hawkes bay again!

Really enjoyed our stay, great location, friendly hosts, well appointed room and no trouble getting a park even though they were fully booked all three nights of our stay. Would def stay again next time we are in the beautiful City of Napier
