"We had such a great stay at Mersina Rooms, despite visiting Naoussa at off season. Anna was so lovely, kept constant communication with us, even out of hours, gave us plenty of recommendations of places that we could still visit despite many places being closed. She helped me find buses with really clear and helpful instructions. I think the entire hotel was empty despite us, yet we still felt right at home and the check-in and check-out service was made easy for us. It would have been great to sample the dining area downstairs but that's our fault for booking off season! The room itself was decorated lovely, really cosy and aircon was easy to use. Loved our little balcony and seating area outside. Would definitely visit again when the town is more busy!"

"Stayed for a week and had a perfect stay Really lovely hotel beautiful rooms Great air con not too cold Bed was really comfortable we slept so well and felt really rested after our week there Breakfast was great beautiful homemade cakes and traditional cheese and spinach pies etc All the staff were so lovely especially the owner Argyro such a lovely warm lady who couldn’t do enough for you We’ve been visiting Paros for 31 years on and off we normally stay in parikia but thought we’d try Naoussa this time and if we stay here again we will definitely choose this hotel Thank you for giving me the recipe for your lovely cake Argyro I’m looking forward to making it"

"The property is situated on a steep elevation, making it challenging for guests with large luggage to access easily. We had booked our room well in advance and later decided to bring our son along. Although we were willing to upgrade and pay additional charges on-site, the process was met with resistance and unfriendly behavior. The receptionist's attitude was unprofessional, lacking warmth and courtesy. She often rolled her eyes when asked questions. While our issue was eventually resolved, the lack of professionalism and hospitality made the experience far from pleasant. This could have been handled much better, especially for a property in the hospitality industry."

"Would highly recommend this hotel. Short walk to bars and restaurants. The young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. We had issues with our next hotel and she called and explained to them and was able to rectify for us. I can’t remember her name but she was amazing!"

"I loved a lot first before everything else the closeness to town. It is within walking distance which makes it very convenient for us to walk to town. The hotel itself has two section, older section and newer section. I stayed in the newer section which is more spacious and I preferred it over then older section (both are really cute nonetheless, personal preference). I've stayed in the room with a private pool, overlooking the public pool and we were 3 ladies in that room; it was spacious enough for the three of us with 2 toilets. The staff are very very friendly which is great and house keeping is great. The reason I didnt give it a 5 star; - Would've loved the room service to extend to longer than 4 PM (Food) - Not enough trash cans and tissue in the room (for 3 persons) - Would've loved to have someone at reception 24hr for security/safety matters"
