This is the worst hotel I've stayed in,
No hot water or even water coming out of the hot water tap, toilet did not flush, shower did not work
Room was cold no heating, bed covers inadequate. No contact number for the hotel, the one on the booking form just goes to answerphone, calls not returned.
Do not think i'll be using Trip,com again. Feel totally ripped off as the hotel must of known of these problems before we booked in

Very good price, excellent room very clean. Lovely owners great beer selection stayed on a Friday night they had karaoke so butcherd a few tunes friendly regulars top banter, can't wait to go back in a few Weeks beer garden was great and the ☀️ was shining....

Called for breakfast with 2 work colleagues lovely the food was well cooked and piping hot.greated with a warm welcome by the staff and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable.my 2 work colleagues had the large breakfast and to be honest are quite big eaters but struggled to eat it all. definitely be calling again top marks thank you it was lovely.

This lovley pub is under new ownership get yourself down there great atmosphere the food it lovley staff are so welcoming and friendly. Great place for family's. Prices is so reasonable aswell. Brilliant rooms aswell really clean and comfortable

Stayed here for the jazz festival the new landlord and landlady Craig & Lorraine are fabulous hosts my room was clean and warm would definitely stay here again great location near to the station and a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Nantwich town centre

I have been going here for a few years for a festival, now has new landlord's, 2 days before I was due to arrive on 25th August I was alerted by a friend about the booking. They did not contact me, I was told on the phone that the hotel had been flooded and was closing for repairs, my booking was cancelled as were other friends bookings. I had to seek alternative accommodation. As at today, 25th August the hotel is open, advertising live music tonight and a charity event tomorrow for Alder Hay hospital, there is no flood, no water damage, around 10 people had their bookings cancelled by Adelle in order to prioritise the charity event this weekend.

Terrible Experience, a lot of me friends were booked in the hotel for a festival week end, rooms booked 12 months ago.. They have all been told that the Railway cannot accommodate them with just 2 days to go... Absolutely disgusting from the management!

Breakfast is highly recommended, very good value, straightforward breakfast and hits the spot. An excellent prelude to a train journey, Nantwich station seconds away or just a breakfast visit. Friendly staff, traditional experience.

Decided to pop in for a quick drink asked for a large white wine by the servers choice. I was given a just over 175ml warm and flat glass just poured from a mini bottle for £5.25!! I could of got a bottle for £3.69 from aldi and put in my freezer for a few Mins and enjoyed it! Too which I did! Not impressed at all.
