酒店位置很好,但是由於有公路工程,所以很難找到。由於 gps 沒有給我們顯示另一條道路,所以要花很長時間才能找到它。接待員檢查我們的工作非常有幫助,很好。這家酒店很好,除了廁所真的很小外,房間大小也不錯。房間也有咖啡機和水壺。

Kind, helpful staff. Very good location. Great and exceptionally clean room. Very comfortable bed. An excellent example of the fact that it is possible to receive a very high-quality service for little money. I will definitely choose this hotel chain in my travels in the future.

This hotel is in a fabulous location. Bars, restaurants and shops all nearby. However the staff are not of the same quality. Our room had a bath but the plug did not work and so the water just drained out as fast as it came out of the taps. The device on the side of the bath was broken and thus the plug was useless. I mentioned to the girl on reception that there was a problem with the bath and it needed fixing. She told me she would get it fixed. Nobody arrived to fix it that day so I explained the situation to another girl the following day. Again nothing happened. Both girls were not interested and ghisvreflects very poorly on the hotel and the Mercure group in general.

南特市中心的基本住宿。乾淨安靜。手巧地位於旅遊佈雷塔涅對面。沒有電梯,所以不適合老年人或不適合。合理的價值早餐,雖然如果你準備在早上第一件事伸展腿,你可以做得更好。預算旅行者的理想選擇。

酒店的位置很好,員工非常小心,但也有些服務和設施的限制,不僅因爲接待時間只有兩班,一班是早上和一班是下午。房間和牀都被在小裏,室有點舊,更新也不會有問題,無論如何,如果想在南特市中心,它也不會有問題。

Bit out of town, but fine for a quiet Sunday night. I was able to put my bike in the underground car park attached the hotel and take the lift up to reception. There are number of shops and restaurants close by.. breakfast was available I didn’t take it

Une nuit au Best Western Hôtel Atlantys Zenith Nantes après être allée voir un concert. L'hôtel est à 5 min à pieds du Zénith, des places de parking, une chambre d'une propreté irréprochable (je me suis même demandée si cette chambre avait déjà été occupée tellement c'était nickel !) , la literie au top, hôtel très calme, très bon choix pour le buffet du petit déjeuner, une attention particulière pour la réduction des déchets et l'environnement, et, pour finir, le personnel est très accueillant ! Une très bonne nuit après un très bon concert :) Je recommande vivement !

Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Rain shower is a little bit too keen (totally fills the shower cubicle, so face is watered permanently making it hard to see) but good and hot, and there is the alternative shower head option . Location of hotel is dead central and so surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Didn't have time to try the breakfast but it looked good. A very slow lift though which only takes 2 people with luggage...gets a bit tedious for a group of 14 checking in. Ac in rooms works just fine. Decor of room is nice but like so many boutique hotels , nowhere to put your open suitcase other than on the floor. Thankfully it was only single occupancy for my room, otherwise that would have bwen even more dull. Nice place though for a short stay.

My wife, Sarah, & I stayed here for 7 nights in September in order to visit family, the city of Nantes and the surrounding area. This lovely family run hotel, with a 24-hour reception and a guest sitting-room, is ideally situated in the city centre, near to a tram stop and all major attractions. Our en-suite bedroom was spacious and extremely comfortable. Every one of the staff was delightful, very friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. They gave us much useful information about the city, over and above what one might reasonably expect. The breakfast was superb and had many locally sourced options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this hotel. NB We had booked direct by phone and the receptionist was immediately very helpful and spoke excellent English.

訪訪客用戶This hotel is excellent value for money. Very clean and staff excellent could not have been in a better location. I will definitely go back and stay with L’Hôtel. We used the airport shuttle bus. As you get off the bus keep the train line on your right. Just yards away are the steps upto the bridge. When you get to the top take the right turn and walk down the road don’t take the natural bend but cross over the road you’ll pass a restaurant/bar and the hotel is located a few yards away. Note when you go back to the airport by shuttle bus go to where you were dropped off and cross the road. Just before you get to the river the bus stop can be seen. Really easy both ways. We also used the trams which again is close to the hotel . The Nante voyage card included airport bus and trams. Enjoy your stay.

Nous y avons séjourné 1 nuit, notre grande surprise en ouvrant le logement, il était très grand et propre, nous avons l'habitude de zénitude Bordeaux où les chambres sont toutes petites. La piscine par contre est un peu petite pour le nombre de personnes mais chauffé . Nous avions pris l'appartement 1 chambre. Je vous conseil cette hôtel 👍

Rryuennenn攜程下單把雙份早餐訂成了單人早餐，到酒店后前台反覆確認表示我們真的衹有一份早餐，馬上跟攜程客服溝通，費了不少勁但終於算搞定了，我們自己付款了一份早餐，攜程給退款，早餐還算可以。酒店位置不錯，在主幹道上，附近很多商場和飯館。相比之前住的OKKO酒店來說，設備比較舊，下水道不通暢，客人免費使用的咖啡吧條件一般。

Went here for work, stayed for 5 days... Even if climate in the city was perfect, windy and sometimes a bit rainy, rooms temperature were a bit too warm; probably because of the carpet that was basically in everywhere. Nice breakfast with local products.

我在阿斯托利亞酒店住了 2 晚。酒店位置很好，離火車站和電車站都很近。房間很乾淨而且設備齊全。最好在 Richbourg 路（電車站對面）有一個帶窗戶的房間，因為它不那麼吵。工作人員專業而友好。早餐不錯 酒店有停車位，需要在抵達前預訂，因為地方很少

Salle d eau très petite Chambre sans âme , mauvaise isolation des fenêtres l air qui passe énormément Pas de penderie,ni étagère juste un porte manteaux avec 2 cintres Une sorte de mange debout avec 2 tabouret haut pas confortable Des affiches un peu partout ( entrée , ascenseur,kitchenette sous la TV ) avec des instructions et interdiction Bref un hébergement pratique pour une nuit mais pas plus Attention quartier en grand travaux , j imagine les nuisances la semaine

訪訪客用戶Great hotel, very conveniently located close to everything, shops, restaurants and attractions. The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The carpet was perhaps the worst aspect of it but that did not take in any way from our stay. The breakfast was included and it was really nice, a continental style breakfast of all you could eat. It was superb value for money, very reasonable for the centre of Nantes. I’d highly recommend this hotel.
