Not your average hotel Quiet , peaceful and the opposite of a motel Personal service and impeccably clean with a two minute walk into town The ultimate accomodation in Nannup Lovely breakfast included in the room rate , just don’t book through an app call Louise direct like a real person !

Some may say a bit dated and a bar fridge in the room would of been good. But it was very clean and the staff were friendly. the grounds are wonderful and our first stay in Nannup was fantastic. Its a special place! Thank you.

I stayed for a long weekend with my daughter for her birthday. Not only was the house stunning and the hostess very friendly but the location was great. It is so peaceful with only the sound of birds and the wind. We will be back soon for another stay.

Just spent a lovely 3 night get together with girl friends at Holberry House. The house itself is charming and old school full of lovely aged furniture and memorabilia. The room I had was comfortable, warm and well set out. Holberry House is a very short stroll into the lovely town of Nannup which was alive with it's annual Flower Show while we were there. The gardens of HH are amazing and a must see while in town and a credit to the owners. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back.

A beautiful tranquil place with beautiful quirky gardens to enjoy Nannup & surrounds. Friendly & helpful hosts, clean with period furniture. This is a very well run establishment & a stay here will not disappoint. They will need to do some refurbishment at some stage to remedy general wear & tear nevertheless this is still a stately home.

An absolutely beautiful property and wonderful stay with a lovely hosts. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone stays here. In fact we’ve already booked our next stay.

I've just returned from 3 nights at Holberry House. Our crochet group booked out the entire house for 2 nights, then 4 of us stayed on for an additional night. Holberry House is superb. Chris and Louise are excellent, experienced hosts and our group was very well catered for. The beds are nicely firm with plenty of pillows to choose from. Amenities in the bath are excellent and the towels fresh and fluffy. The continental breakfast has just about everything you'd want, incl. yoghurt, fresh fruit and freshly made bread! Some of our group tried the pool and gave it full marks. I preferred the outdoor setting on the veranda to crochet and watch the birds using the fountain for dive-bomb baths...such fun to watch and so very peaceful. Several of our group are talking about going back with their family and/or their Mum for a weekend away. I would definitely return, without hesitation. A lovely house with every amenity...good value in my opinion!

This long established guest house is set in extensive and beautiful gardens within walking distance of the small town of Nannup. Louise is a helpful and friendly host - serves a very good continental breakfast and offers an extra hot option. Very pleasant sheltered garden seats and tables, outdoor pool, comfortable lounge. Highly recommended

Holberry House is nestled in lovely gardens within a country town. It is only a short walk to the town centre, brewery and gardens. Breakfast was good and the host was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to relax
