「The room was very comfortable and clean. So was the food very nice. However, the shower area had water clogging and issues with hot water. Rest assured a whole amazing property. A must visit」

「Called 1 day earlier to make sure about my booking, and gentleman on the phone said everything is ok i can check at noon. But on arrival i was allowed smallest room against my suit booking, after 15 minutes it was changed. Wifi was not working for some time. Asked taxi to be at 8 am, but reception girl was unaware of earlier communication with other girl.」

「The reception at the entry was lukewarm. Basic items like soap, tea bags etc were not provided for by the hotel. The blanket spread on the bed had holes in it. In this winter season electric kettle is one of the essentials in a hotel room to have hot water which was not there. I had to make a request to get it after assuring to pay the charge therefor. Let the hotel hike the tariff and provide the facilities. Alternatively, the staff at the reception may be trained to offer to the guests an upgrade to next higher category room for more comfort with an extra price. Many guests like me would take it keeping in view the season and duration of stay.」
