Un emplacement idéal pour visiter la vieille ville à pied et c’est un vrai confort quand on vient de loin de pouvoir bénéficier d’une place de parking sécurisée et gratuite Nos interlocuteurs ont été très aimables et à l’écoute de nos besoins

Très bel appartement très bien situé à Nancy. Par contre très mécontent du suivi, nous n’avons pas été informé que le quartier était bloqué le 14 juillet pour le défilé, nous sommes resté bloqués jusqu’à 13h alors que nous avions prévu de quitter l’appartement à 9h30 ! J’ai eu un contact téléphonique avec une personne qui m’a expliqué qu’ils n’avaient pas été prévenus et m’a proposé de nous payer le déjeuner en dédommagement. Malheureusement plus de réponse de leur part depuis ce jour … Pas sérieux je trouve !

First, the positive sides. The location, and free secure parking. I cannot comment on the apartments or the breakfast cos we occupied a double room with tea and coffee making facilities , very limited. The room was relatively clean . There were cutlery but no plates ??? Only a metal bowl, two mugs, one chipped. We went out and bought mugs and bowls for breakfast as we didn’t feel comfortable using the mugs provided. We spent four nights but the room wasn’t cleaned (rooms will be cleaned at an extra cost). The bathtub has no anti slip mat and no bath mat in the room. There is no shower curtain so there is a high risk of slipping in the bathroom. No handrail either. Only way to take a shower is by lying or crouching in the tub holding the shower in one hand and the tub with the other so as to reduce the risk of slipping. The staircase carpet is very dirty and far from the beige colour carpet not as depicted on the photo.

Une belle bâtisse située quasiment DANS le parc de la Pépinière, ce qui permet de profiter d'un calme absolu tout en étant en plein centre. De belles prestations, un accueil stylé, des chambres confortables.

Idéalement situé, notre regret sur ce lieu a été de ne jamais avoir pu obtenir un contact téléphonique avec le propriétaire (personne ne répond au téléphone). Nous avions commandé des petits déjeuners et nous ne les avons jamais eus alors que notre demande avait été confirmé par écrit et impossible de joindre sur son portable le responsable de l’hôtel particulier. Nous avons attendu 1h puis avons quitté le lieu.
