Room service is slow, hygiene level is average, dust and dirts accommodated in cupboards. Bathroom need more cleaning

So many problems were there. 1. Many lights were not working in the room
2. Hot water not available for bathing
3. Shabby rooms and bathroom

The property was very dirty. I would not stay for free also if offered. It looked like it was guest house and not the hotel. Pathetic experience

Need to put a lift in the property and major problem is that they uses solar system for hot water but the water not coming so need to change the solar system or maintenance required of it. Otherwise the staff is polite and kind. And food quality is good.
