La struttura é molto carina, con un giardino piccolo e curato con sedute e tavoli. La posizione é tranquilla e fresca. L'accoglienza é ottima, la camera pulitissima e confortevole, acqua calda a tutte le ore. La cucina ottima e abbondante, il personale gentilissimo. La consiglio assolutamente

I was at Taphe as a solo traveller. This was part of my 5-day safari (Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha) booked with Karibu Safaris. While the rooms are nothing to tell home about, they are clean and very spacious. This guest house is tucked in a quiet part of a busy town. Close to the police lines, safety is not an issue. Full marks for Carol, the manager, and George (?)the cook and caretaker. He was new to the property but knew his way around and made sure that I had two delicious meals in comfort and care. They are exceptionally good people. Carol and I went out to the local pub at night to check out how Naivasha parties!

Spent 1 night and was surprised by the previous negative reviews! It was all excellent. Perhaps we were blessed, but from the rooms to the food to the staff all was good. And yes, no problems whatsoever with the bathrooms. Both my hubby and I had hot water showers with no worries. The hotel is under some renovation (I think they're building additional floors) but it wasn't in our way at all. Wifi was in the common dining room and good.

What a fabulous little find in Kenya- the people and staff, especially Miriam made this place excellent. Best food we have had in 10 days of traveling. Lovely courtyard area for lunch. Great quaint place.

Absolutely lovely little hotel. Super sweet staff, phenomenal food, and very clean and comfortable. It is basic and simple, even has a hot shower. Quiet, and in a heritage building. It’s not fancy, it is just what you need while on safari in Kenya. The location is perfect for waking up to a trip to Naivasha national park.

This place deserves more recognition. If the facilities are quite old and not everything works properly, I feel giving 5 for their food. The chef is a master - always cooking excellent fresh and diverse local dishes. Everyone from our group was so happy about food, even our guides said they barely get such quality ! The prices in Jan22 were 2500khs (slightly below 25$) for a queen-size bedroom including breakfast (an amazing and huge one). You can also get a cheaper room for 2000khs for 2 single beds. The chef and the manager are very friendly and helpful.
