在老城區市中心，去超市買吃的方便，去國家博物館打私家車很快就能到。缺點是酒店就一棟樓，沒其他活動區域，設施也比較老。

Great location, interesting History for the Stanley. Rooms were well appointed, beds were very comfortable. The staff were on point, all needs, requests were taken care of and met. They made the stay so much more enjoyable. Susan- helpful and attentive, Charles, George and the other concierges so very kind, attentive and looked after our well being. The food is so very well prepared and the dishes are so tasty and flavorful. Those in the meal/food service, I want to give a special thank-you to Diana(excellent waitress),Perris (personal calls to breakfast)and Eunice- (snacks for trip to Mombasa) for making certain I got my meals. Samuel absolutely the best in waiters. The Best, Rachel, Mercy and Damaris. Thank-you for the lessons Zaituni and Nicodemus-Ya Kuonana. As there were many other staff encountered, I want to let you know that your service and attention was noted and appreciated. Bravo, Sarova Stanley! Asante Kwaheri Hakuna Mata

I stayed at Hemak Suites for 2 nights, and overall the place & service is ok. The hotel building is in a very busy part of the city, which doesn’t seem too safe, and the surrounding area does get quite noisy, esp. at night. The reception is on the 4th floor and the restaurant is on the 7th floor of the building. The room I stayed in on the 5th floor was ok. It was clean, & the bed was comfortable enough. However, the bathroom is quite small, & it is open as there is no door. Once you enter the door to the room, the bathroom sink is to the right, then there’s the toilet & shower, but there is no door or shower curtain that separates it from the room. It’s probably ok if you’re solo in the room, but maybe not so much for two people. At night, I could hear loud music from the nearby bars in the area & on the 2nd night, I awoke in the middle of the night to the sound of loud music. But then, there was a power outage so the music stopped but then around 3am the circuit breaker in my room made a loud buzzing sound that had me worried. Needless to say, I couldn’t go back to sleep. The buzzing kept on all morning until the time I left, all the lights were flickering, and of course, the elevator didn’t work since there was no power. I got my stuff ready & left the room, and with little sleep, left the hotel at 6am to head for my Maasai Mara safari. I did notify the front desk about the loud, buzzing breaker in my room & told him that maybe they just need to switch them off with the power out, then check the other rooms. As for the restaurant, the breakfast was good, & they have a good selection of food for lunch & dinner. The staff here was also friendly, as they packed a lunch for me while I visited Nairobi National Park. I would’ve had a better time here if I had gotten some sleep the night before my long drive the next day for my safari, if it wasn’t for the loud, buzzing breaker in the room.

個人覺得還不錯，雖然酒店有點老，但是仍然很乾凈，每間房裡都是套房形式，一間卧室和一個小客廳，有舒服的沙發和可供吃東西的小餐桌，布局合理，更令人滿意的是，可以加牀，而且免費的，性價比超高，帶着大小童的家庭會睡的比較舒適

感覺非常棒，酒店有中餐，酒店服務人員和酒店經理都相當友善，服務周到，酒店附近有商場，幾分鐘車程，購物也方便。 在那住了一個星期，酒店可以租車，出門很安全。 在那，身上錢花光了，酒店經理是中國人，還幫忙接受國內微信轉人民幣換了美元，簡直有種他鄉遇老鄉的既視感。 很感激酒店的幫助，很人性化。 下次去還會住那。

沒有中文服務，服務員很熱情，服務周到，連續住了幾天，就我們兩個中國人，他們比較尊重中國人。早餐還行，水果，沙拉都有。中餐午餐都是自助，疫情期間管理還是很嚴格的，環境不錯。

Overall it was ok. Pros, good location, the staff are friendly and the room is decent. Cons, the reception is inefficient and check in takes longer than it should. It’s like we are first customer that has ever checked in. Lots of confusion. My ac did not work. I had to call 3 times to reception before someone turned up. They said the ac does not work here. Did not bother to check anything because it seem normal for the ac not to work. I told him it’s very hot in this room and I can’t sleep. Also ac is basic especially if you are calling yourself a 5 star hotel. He shrugged and said I can get you a fan. Got very little sleep and I think they don’t service the ac to save on electricity. It’s a poor attitude from the management especially for a “5 Star” hotel. It’s more like a 3 star. Better places to go for the same price. Will not return.

I spent my vacation in a disgusting apartment. The bathroom looked as if hooligans had recently rioted there and had then been poorly renovated. The kitchen was also a disaster. Mold on the ceiling, dirty walls. The equipment was inadequate, including a pan to fry something and also bowls to serve the food. The balcony wasn't nice either. Paint was peeling off the ceiling and dirtying the furniture every day. A table was also missing.

The staff at Four Points are Hurlingham are fantastic. They are excellent at customer service - which is what makes my stays memorable. The dedication and care that I receive every time I stay will keep me coming back. Every day as I leave for and return from work, I am greeted by the reception staff, housekeeping staff, security staff and welcomed with a smile by Pablo’s restaurant staff (Faith is exceptionally pleasant). The quality of food is top notch thanks to Chef Howard and his team (including but not limited to Chef Dominic, Beryl, Clarice and Chef Danstand). For my most recent trip, I made a request to have my dietary needs accommodated and everything I asked for was done with such professionalism and kindness that I feel truly cared for. One tip for those who have not been to Nairobi before, be prepared to be requested to comply to the security checks on entry into the hotel. It may seem burdensome however, it is necessary due to the historical context of Kenya. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who asks me for places to stay on business in Nairobi.
