座落安全住宅區的旁邊，飯店讓人家感覺清淨舒適，還有溫水游泳池健身房，可以在緊湊的行程中好好放鬆，這裡的餐廳提供的食物也很讚喔，還有親切的服務生

房間很寬敞，可以帶兩個孩子入住一居室。泳池是恆温泳池，孩子很喜歡。

酒店位於總統府區，安全，乾淨，還有洗衣機洗衣服。非常好！

沒有任何問題，治安，周邊環境。房間特別大，應該全都是套房類型，價格合適，來內羅畢絕對推薦。

很滿意的入住體驗，中間出了點小問題，攜程也給很好的處理了。 酒店的每個細節都處理的非常好，適合居家旅行，商務出行，總之非常的滿意。

前台等半小時沒確認 還不讓退
住宿方回覆: Dear King, We find your feedback to be of significant value.We have taken note of your concerns on the check-in process which was delayed. The travel agent you booked through had not shared the payment information and we had to request them to provide these details upon your arrival which took some time. In addition since the booking was done through a third party, the payment was not made directly at the Front desk. We have shared this feedback with the travel agent to ensure we receive the booking details in advance for avoid inconveniencing guests on arrival. Kind Regards,Audrey SambuGuest Service Manager

這是我住過的最好的飯店。我可以繼續說它是誰，它有多棒。房間裡有一個很大的休息區，可以看到內羅畢的夜景。它有一台洗衣機、熨斗、兩台電視（一台在房間裡，一台在休息室）、一個帶洗碗機、微波爐、咖啡機、爐灶、烤箱、冰箱、餐具、吧台櫃檯和椅子的設備齊全的廚房。房間裡有有史以來最舒服的床。我睡得像個嬰兒。 飯店還有一個戶外熱水游泳池，不幸的是我無法使用它，因為這是一次工作旅行，而且我很忙。 餐廳提供最美味的自助餐，工作人員也很棒。客戶服務非常好。

Bed was extremely comfortable, as was the furniture in the living room area. Washer/dryer was a help, once I got the hang of the control panel. (Housekeeping sent a lovely person, Morris, to help!) Best of all was the in-hotel restaurant, Restaurant La Mascotte. The food was outstanding, the view out the back windows was so peaceful, and the servers on the morning shift were so friendly and helpful with regards to the selection of food. I want to compliment Maggie and Jowariah, as their presence when we ate meals in the restaurant just brightened our day!
