Good furniture and fitting.

Очень хороший отель, отличное удобное расположение, чистые современные стильные светлые номера, красивый вид. Хорошо убирают (если краткосрочная аренда, то уборка каждый день), есть всё необходимое, фен под запрос на ресепшен. Внизу есть маленький магазин, кафе с вкуснейшим кофе и шоколадом, и ресторан . В шаговой доступности Молл Serit с Carrefour , если нужно купить продукты. Также рядом множество кафе и ресторанов. От Найроби самые лучшие впечатления, надеюсь ещё когда-нибудь вернуться и выбор будет очевиден - Skynest !

O hotel é bastante confortável, mas a falta de ar-condicionado nos quartos e de um restaurante para o café da manhã diminuem o conforto na hospedagem.

En déplacement longue durée sur Nairobi j'y ai passé deux séjours - Le premier de 35 jours, le second de trois semaines - Appart hotel trés convenable, confortable, bien équipé (entre autre la cuisine), avec TV Sat et excellent réseau wi fi - La salle de sport est propre et agréable, pas trop fréquentée - Le court de squach manque un peu d'éclairage mais somme toute correct - La piscine est fraiche mais la saison l'était aussi. La sécurité reste un des points forts de cet établissement - Un restaurant de bonne qualité vient compléter le tout - La situation de cet établissement centrale offre à proximité toutes les facilités (Mall, restaurant...)

Tres bien - Bon service d appart hotel - Bien situé en centre ville avec toute les facilités à proximité. Les appart sont récents et ceux que j ai eu étaient trés corrects. Salle de sport et piscine propre et agreable en roof top - Un court de squash compléte le tout.

Its a good choice. Almost all pro, very little con. So .... very high security, central location in Westland. Efficient and helpful front desk, 24 hours a day. Apartments are well maintained, very clean hotel. A good mix of expats and tourists of all ages. Pool is ok fir a dip in a hot day , at the rooftop. nice hangout. Its convenient to have a continent store in the building. Not cheap but if you are lazy to walk 5 MN to find whatever you need, then it's OK for a ew items. very good coffee shop on prem. the con ... 2 points. Breakfast. this delivery box Breakfast is not that good. not in content and not in outcome. You will quickly find alternatives outside. but it should have been done better. Cleaning team. The outcome is good, but if you are actually staying in the apartment during the day ... it's annoying. they take long, they disappear in the middle, come back to continue 2 hours after, then disappear again and surprise you later when they return to finish off. never on constant time. But the whole place is well maintained. Would I stay there again ? mmm... probably not. Mainly because I think I expect more for the price.

There are no luggage trolleys, which make it very difficult to take luggage up to your apartment. The concierges are very helpful and the security personal are polite and helpful too. Our apartment was very nice. Clean, bright and comfortable. The views arw amazing,ing from the balcony. We were very disappointed as our main reason for choosing Sky Nest was their facilities. Their pool has been out of commission for over a week, and we never recieved any solid information as to when it would be repaired. We could not make full use of the gym either. Their tread mills are not running smoothly, they are ****y and dangerous. The convenience shop on the ground floor is extremely useful. They sell everyday basics from water, soap, shampoo, condiments, wines and spirits and more. The restaurant, Slate, is okay. We did mot enjoy our dishes. The staff are very professional, courteous and friendly. The management truly needs to be on top of everything, to make sure that everything is in top working condition. It has been very disappointing in that respect.

Very cold, incompetent unpleasant front desk - Sunday night 10/7/22. After securing a booking through one of the platfroms, i get to the venue late & tired. I show the rude lady at the reception my booking confirmation where she insists they dont have an apartment by that title. Understably, i tell her if it is false it shouldnt be online & linked to their website. She dismisses me saying that is not even her job and she has nothing else to tell me, and my complaint is no the 1st one. So why hasnt management do anything about it? why put such a nasty attitude person at your guests first point of contact? Do better. Never got to book never will
