Upon checking in, we were advised we had been upgraded to an apartment. The room was very tired and dated. The balcony door did not seal to prevent mosquitos entering. The bed was extremely hard to sleep on. We had issues with hot water. One person showered only for the next to have no hot water. Upon calling reception and maintenance attending, there was a problem with the hot water system which maintenance fixed but still no hot water until morning time. The shower screen was outside in the laundry room. The hallway noise makes sleeping difficult. Breakfast was basic but plentiful with a variety on offer. Staff are friendly. There is a carrefour supermarket approx 500m walk with a coffee shop in the complex.

Pros * Wide, clean room * Moderate price Cons * Airport transfer / I requested the airport pick-up. I was received by a different driver at the airport from the one informed by the hotel. I refused to take a ride and used the airport taxi. Later, I was told that the driver had sub-hired another car to pick me up. * Hot water / When I used the shower at night, there was no hot water at all yet it was very cold. I informed the receptionist to work on it tomorrow. I got hot water but only for a very short time, I had to continue the shower with cold water.

What shall I say..... My first stay in Waridi and loved every moment! The staff were very accommodating. The food was good and the rooms were clean and specious. Value for money and location is convenient. A definite recommendation!

This place is more than I expected. The apartments are huge. The food is good. The staff are friendly particularly Eric at reception. The hotel has a sort of party atmosphere by the pool but perfect for all ages Its a cosy and open minded place to stay. I recommend staying here to anyone. I wish I could stay one more night
