Worst hotel i have ever stayed breakfast very poor mattress quality was so terrible that my back is completely swollen overpriced hotel dont stay here

Had to cancel due to medical emergency but there was no refund they were least concerned about the guests

Stay was good, but room services are very poor. Hotel staff were having strange behavior, might be happens due to very crowded during the weekend holiday but will impact to guests negatively, if such behave remains until at last.

This is best hotel in tallital nainital and good staff and infra. There is good place for kids as well

Location and food are good, the rooms are very average but clean, however, the hotel staff is very rude and they don't know how to speak properly.

The stay was good. The room showed in pictures seemed bigger but in real they were not the big and deluex room bathroom were shown as new but in real it was a very old bathroom with old toilet seats. Overall the view from the room was amazing and staff was helpful

Nice location and ambient view of lake. Conducive environment for stay. Polite hotel staff. Hotel is situated at a walking distance from bus stand.

Overall experience was just average. Hotel staff was not allowing us to park two wheelers in the hotel parking area. And hot water in bathrooms was available between 7 am and 12 noon. So it's a very experience.

It was pleasant, service was brisk which was my prime requirements having kids with me. Staffs were supportive.
